Very good, actually excellent! I hadn't heard of it before, but it seems to be a must-visit for lovers of Bolognese cuisine. The atmosphere is comfortable, traditional, and very well-kept.

A place that harks back to the old days, but with an effort to elevate it to something more, I'd say it's somewhat successful. I'd say the staff, while friendly, could use a bit of a sleight of hand. You can't clear away clean plates and put them away between two people while standing next to someone eating and looking at you annoyed. You can't move the glasses where people are drinking and place them wherever you like. You can't clear away all the plates from everyone at the table and leave only the last person at the table with their plate to finish alone. What's the rush? you can't bring dishes in installments between the diners at a table etc etc. I would say that there is still a long way to go in this direction. Good dishes, but I think that the famous 22 euro cutlet, about 60/70 grams of meat is quite disappointing, oh well the plate filled with cream... good desserts... in short a succession of ups and downs... possibility of returning because after all the food is not bad, the prices have now largely lost the connotation of a trattoria we are in the medium-high restaurant. If you charge medium-high prices you have to provide medium-high service...

Everything was fantastic! The staff and food were top notch!

A true old Bologna osteria, with a very elegant and charming retro decor. Typical Bolognese dishes, very tasty and even plentiful. The service was excellent, with the waiter even helping you take off your jacket—unheard of. Prices were good; for two, including a bottle of wine, we spent €130. Definitely worth it. Reservations are best. Congratulations.

A typical Bolognese trattoria. Local colleagues took me there, and we ate very well, and I'd even say very generously. The wines were excellent. The prices were reasonable.
