The Bolognese tradition is well served at the Antica Trattoria della Gigina, a place furnished with a welcoming taste and a retro atmosphere.
The menu presents a wide choice of typical dishes including appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts.
We had delicious dinners, including lasagna, tagliatelle, beef carpaccio and truly delicious desserts.
The staff are friendly and ready to advise with a smile.
We'll see each other again on our next return to Bologna!

Very elegant and refined environment. Excellent experience, friendly but at the same time professional waiters. Good typical Bolognese food: homemade tortellini in broth - delicious lasagna with fresh ragù - typical dessert (rice cake) which isn't much to my tastes in general but you could see that it was made well and followed tradition. We also called at the last minute and they immediately found us a table without any problems. Price slightly above average but coming from the Milan areas, as far as we were concerned it was still a reasonable price. Underrated place but personally highly recommended!

If you want to try real homemade pasta you have to stop by here. Wide choice, valuable products in an elegant venue and with a familiar and welcoming service.

Recommended Bolognese restaurant and everything we ate was delicious... from the homemade pasta to the second course! Ate really well. Only the prices (especially the wines) are enormously high.
With 1 bottle of red wine, 1 starter for two, 2 first courses, 1 second course and 3 desserts we spent €132.00.

Very nice, intimate setting, great food and excellent service.
I recommend the boiled meat and the gnocchi and of course their trifle.
Be careful not to park in front of the shop in the parking lots near the pharmacy

Arrivati con le cucine in chiusura, siamo stati trattati con garbo e riguardo. Mangiato benissimo: cucina locale, ovviamente. Tortellini in brodo, antipasti e soprattutto la crema!! Personale garbato e paziente. Prezzo adeguato. Una grande sorpresa. A presto rivederci

Cibo ottimo, menzione particolare ai tortellini in brodo. Personale gentile e attento, anche con il locale strapieno della domenica a pranzo e nonostante fossimo in una saletta separata. Prezzo giusto per la qualità e quantità del cibo. Avevamo chiesto un antipasto senza olio a crudo che è arrivato con olio a crudo e ci è stato portato immediatamente un altro.
