What can I say?
The quality of the food is really excellent: the meat or "ciccia", as we call it, is delicious and has an absolutely fair price. As soon as we entered we were welcomed like long-time friends, even though it was my first time there. The waitress Maggie was very nice and very kind, just like all the rest of the staff. A truly pleasant experience!

We showed up as a couple on a Sunday for lunch without a reservation, we were told we could sit down but with only an hour available... we only wanted to eat a first course so it seemed like a good compromise and in any case we had finished in 40 minutes. The staff was fast and friendly but above all I ate the best tiramisu ever 🖤

Nice little restaurant, we had the tagliere as a starter, super good, and fillet with lard and rosemary, it was very good. The staff is professional and we were fully satisfied.

And here you are finally served her majesty the "fiorentina"!
In this restaurant whose walls are entirely covered with writings and graffiti a punctual, efficient and fast service offers the typical dishes of the Tuscan culinary tradition.
The meat is tender, juicy and tasty and is accompanied by an appreciable red wine of the house pleasant to the palate.
The cover charge of € 2.50 is well justified by tablecloths and welcome napkins in white cloth.
The wait for the cooking of the steak is deceived by some tasty pappa al pomodoro offered free of charge by the kitchen.
The side dishes and desserts are represented by abundant portions.
With the waiters and waitresses you can amiably play, joke and exchange jokes in an environment where seriousness and form are left outside the restaurant door.

The food, the product, the location—everything was perfect, clean, and proper. Above all, I would highlight the excellent quality of the food. I recommend it. But I'm not giving it 5 stars because at the beginning of the meal, ALL the employees, waiters, and so on, were super attentive and friendly. As the night progressed, you could see them eating the diners' leftovers IN FRONT OF them, taking shots with them (only for those who were interested)... It seemed like they were going a little beyond their call... but, well, maybe that's typical of Florence. Even so, I'm glad I went.

Delicious, great portions, friendly staff and good vibes. The tiramisu is fluffy and light, the marinated anchovy bruschetta was tangy and perfect. The pici with veal and lemon was light and had an incredible texture and mouthfeel. The papardelle with wild boar was great as well.

¡Reserva! Tuvimos suerte y nos metieron antes de que apareciera una reserva. Mejor papardelle con jabalí que jamás podría esperar tener en toda mi vida (o lo que queda). Con un encantador chianti de reserva y un gran servicio personal. Nos sentimos muy afortunados de caer a través de esto, vagando por las calles en nuestra primera noche. La atmósfera es genuina y memorable.

Though a little cramped, it was a unique atmosphere. The steak was a nice size and tasted good. The potatoes tasted good though dry. The wine was very good! 🙂
My wife wanted a simple salad, but they didn't have one, so she ordered an appetizer, and she ate about half of it. Overall, I'm glad we tried the restaurant, and I look forward to the new experiences of trying other Florence restaurants in the future.
