The set menu is encouraged, but they don't have a price to give for it. The food arrived quickly, but the price we paid, €37/person, was a bit steep for the quality of the courses we received. Per person, first was the starter with one slice of grilled salami on polenta with some salad greens. Next, the grilled meat, which consisted of a few slices of tagliata, sausage, chicken breast, a thin slice of pork (coppa) and a small rasher of pork belly. There were 3 sides of beans, fries and vegetables. For drinks, a half litre of wine with 2 bottles of water. For a little more than half of this amount we paid, there are other options nearby.

I've been looking for a restaurant that would take me back in time for a while, and last night, thanks to some dear friends of mine, all foodies, I finally found it. I enjoyed everything from the house appetizer to the delicious (so to speak) sampling of the gargati with ragù di corte, which I highly recommend. The pharaonic grill was cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to the chef (also an expert on trains) and the hostess, who, with speed, practicality, and an uncommon view, always served us the dishes with a smile... thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic food The staff, however, is confusing and tends to point at each other. There's no menu, so prices aren't displayed. They don't accept debit cards. We spent €20 each for six people for mixed side dishes, mixed meat, wine, and water. Was this the right price? There's no way to know, especially reading other reviews. So, the food is excellent, but the management is borderline illegal. Reservations are required because there's never any space, not even for parking.

Business lunch with excellent grilled meat. Arrive at 1:00 PM, preferably by reservation, to avoid overcrowding. I return every time I work in the area.
