Excellent traditional trattoria, with some first courses served in terracotta pans or bowls. Supersonic food, a must try. Availability and friendliness in a very busy area where it is easy to get lost among a thousand places. Excellent prices.

I was looking for a typical trattoria where I could taste a good plate of spaghetti 'a vongole and I found it at Carmine's! The restaurant is very well furnished, you can breathe a Neapolitan air. The staff is professional and very kind. Moments of music are not lacking.
I also tasted the parmigiana and was delighted. I highly recommend this restaurant

Tasty traditional Neapolitan cuisine and very kind staff. Casual restaurant in the heart of Naples city center. The starters were tiny but I recommend Scamorza in carrozza (baked smoked cheese). I recommend the traditional Pasta Genovese, but beware, you must like minced meat and onions. Meatballs were super tasty. Cannelloni were average. We loved the red house wine, which was a very good Aglianico. Don't miss their homemade dessert, lemon crostata, it was out of this world. It's super full during peak hours, so you might need to leave your name and come back a little later. I recommend this restaurant to enjoy the true spirit of the Neapolitan people and their food.

Typical Neapolitan restaurant, friendly staff and wide choice of wines. Very central area, we took an Aglianico to accompany typical traditional fried appetizers, pasta with provola and potatoes, a delicious Neapolitan lasagna, excellent and highly recommended aubergine parmigiana, meatballs with sauce and broccoli! Definitely everything to try.
