In its simplicity it is truly a wonderful place. The helpful and kind staff are the setting, a trattoria where time seems to have stopped and also the tastes. Simple but full-bodied dishes, quality of raw materials. If you love the nostalgic tastes of Piedmontese cuisine, this place is for you. Excellent value for money (wines included; truly remarkable superior barbera)

Very welcoming and unique place. The staff is really kind, competent and helpful. The dishes are delicious to say the least, all of them... Maybe it may seem a bit expensive, but I assure you that the quality of the food is worth it. We had such a good time that we have already come three times and we will definitely be back...

Cena del 24/01/2025 Posizionato in zona non molto comoda per il parcheggio, il locale si presenta, almeno per quanto riguarda la sala dove abbiamo cenato noi, esattamente come ti aspetti che sia una tipica trattoria piemontese, con la tovaglia a quadretti, il legno alle pareti (seppure più chic delle vecchie piole) e il soffitto a volta, volutamente lasciato solo parzialmente con i mattoni a vista. Piacevoli i vecchi manifesti alle pareti e, soprattutto, la vecchia radio che fa bella mostra di sé su uno scaffale. Menù abbastanza ampio, quasi esclusivamente autoctono, che ha soddisfatto: insalata russa ricca e con le verdure cotte a puntino (solo lievemente carente di sale), carpione leggermente alleggerito secondo i gusti attuali, tonno di coniglio (encomiabile la sua presenza nel menù) a mio giudizio poco speziato e milanese impanata nei grissini, ben cotta, le nostre ordinazioni. Vino sfuso gradevole. Servizio rapido e cortese. Rumore di fondo a tratti un po’ fastidioso ma non tale da impedire di sentire i commensali. Conto adeguato. Voto: 8

Piacevole scoperta di questa trattoria tradizionale piemontese. Ambiente accogliente e pulito con richiami alla tradizione. Menù vario e con dei richiami alla stagionalità. Piatti buoni, equilibrati e giusti anche come quantità. Buon vino. Personale attento e cortese. Rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato. Da tenere presente per simpatiche riunioni informali.

17/05/2025: Located in the heart of Pinerolo, Trattoria Zappatori confirms itself as one of the most refined and surprising realities of the Piedmontese gastronomic scene. With a well-deserved Michelin star, this restaurant succeeds in the non-trivial feat of combining the profound identity of traditional cuisine with the courage of innovation. Our experience for my birthday with the “Breakfast for work” tasting menu (with the addition of some off-menu items) was a brilliant demonstration of this philosophy. From the small initial amuse-bouche to the final dessert, the path is coherent, without excess, but with flashes of originality that surprise and stimulate the palate. Particularly noteworthy was the first course, where the tradition of fresh pasta was combined with a sauce with unexpected nuances, a perfect balance between comfort food and research. The environment is elegant but not excessively formal, with an authentic warmth that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is attentive, friendly and well-prepared in guiding the guest through the proposals of chef Christian Milone, whose touch is perceived in every detail, from the plating to the balance of flavors.

Ristorante Pizzeria La Casetta del Gad

03/07/2025: Super welcoming restaurant and capable and kind staff. The pizza is fabulous, light and topped with excellent quality raw materials. We also tried the dishes of the kitchen and they are one better than the other. I absolutely recommend it! I'm sorry I didn't photograph all the dishes but they were so good that they didn't last long.
08/06/2025: Here pizza is art, I've been coming here for 20 years now, the staff is helpful, organized and friendly but the real attraction is the one-of-a-kind pizza, come here to understand why, spectacular!
