Antica Trattoria Bagutto In Milano

You shouldn't expect a trattoria, but rather a real restaurant. Excellent food quality... excellent presentation... reserved welcome. Price, not like a trattoria, but in line with the quality of the dishes.

I went there a bit by chance, I ate really good typical local dishes: risotto with fondue and walnuts, and caramelized pears, tagliolini with asparagus, and for the second course bacon with Barolo wine, Add the friendliness and hospitality of the owner... it's a historic place with 3 pianos.

The quality of the food is truly excellent. Varied and complete menu that satisfies every palate. Excellent service. The atmosphere is pleasant in an old historic Milanese tavern, ruined by some details that in my opinion have little of history. I recommend it

It is absolutely the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. The quality of the dishes is very high and absolutely proportionate to the cost. Only the dessert was perhaps not up to par in terms of quality and portion size for the price, but I only had the tiramisu, so I can't speak for the others. I have already been there twice and I have sent several friends there who have all been enthusiastic. Very good.

Da non perdere Una trattoria vecchio stile della tradizione culinaria meneghina, location che rispecchia quanto promette; servizio eccezionale, siamo stati accolti dalla titolare, una signora giovanile, simpatica che ti mette in tranquillità, le due ragazze cameriere di sala, brave, discrete e sempre presenti, finalmente il vino servito come da etichetta in maniera impeccabile; menù vario di carne e pesce, piatti della tradizione e piatti comunque lombardi, porzioni abbondanti e materie prime di qualità ben lavorate e ben presentate; ossobuco, risotto, stinco alla mantovana e cotoletta sono al top, buoni, ben preparati e di alta qualità; conto allineato a quanto si mangia. Lo consiglio e se tornerò a Milano in zona Linate tornerò a provare altre loro piatti.

Per me, un luogo del cuore. Atmosfera, ambiente, varietà del menù, qualità delle materie, presentazione, servizio e conto: sono queste le qualità del Bagutto, un locale talmente storico da non aver necessità di recensioni. Ma quando la storia si fonde con la consapevolezza, lì si raggiunge il top. Antipasto di salumi eccellente, gnocco fritto leggero e fragrante, fiorentina ottima, tenera e profumata, tripudio di verdure e giardiniera, tartatin di mele e rum con scaglie di fondente. Un viaggio nel gusto. Conto assolutamente onesto e appropriato, gentilezza e premura sono caratteristiche fondamentali. Menzione per Mery che ci ha servito e coccolato. Impagabile. Vale il viaggio.
