Antica Trattoria Ambrosiana In Milano

Good home cook Italian food but Foreigners are not welcome the 2nd. time I went,probably the infamous unhappy , hate foreigner guy I read about on reviews. On other hand the first time I went there the services were nice by a lady in the front. Taking your own risk eating in restaurant in Italy,customer service is not in their culture even though they brag about Roman civilization a lot.

A trattoria like it used to be, for lovers of the past. The food is good, with generous portions. Reservations are required, even for business lunches.

The food is divine, 100% recommended.

An authentic old Milanese trattoria! The service is courteous and cheerful, and everyone is friendly. The dishes are good, especially the meat. The risotto was a little too al dente. Highly recommended for a true Milanese experience.

I didn't have high expectations when I walked in, but after seeing the prices and the quantity served, I was amazed. The menu changes every day, but the price remains the same. It's like eating at grandma's on Sundays: simple but tasty dishes. Not to mention the quantity. Everything is delicious, definitely worth trying!!!

An extraordinary trattoria, perhaps the last one left in Milan. Hearty rigatoni with a spectacular grandmother's ragù, delicious fried sardines with a side of chard, and coffee and water. 13 euros It's worth noting that if you're lucky, you might find the great singer Lucio Corsi sitting next to you. He lives nearby and is a regular customer of this wonderful and unique restaurant.

An unsuspecting neighborhood trattoria where time has stood still. Niguarda is still a village, and its residents are proud of it. And they frequent the legendary Antica Trattoria Ambrosiana, run with rugged mastery by Carlo.

Semplice e senza fronzoli ma non ha bisogno perché assolve perfettamente al suo compito, ossia sfamare a mezzogiorno la moltitudine che vi entra. Sono operai studenti impiegati sfaccendati accumunati tutti dal desiderio di mangiare semplice in un ambiente informale dove il vino della casa è barbera o oltrepò e la bistecca ai ferri con contorno é un must. Ma quello che mi piace di questo posto è l'atmosfera amichevole, tranquilla e rilassata molto piacevole. Nessuno urla e si é circondati dai soliti discorsi da. bar. Le pietanze sono ben fatte , sapide, appaganti. Porzioni non enormi. Il costo poi è la ciliegina sulla torta 12 euro primo secondo e contorno. Per milano meno della metà di una tavola calda. Servizio ultra rapido.Eccellente la cameriera, credo si chiami anna,che sa trattare in maniera sempre gentile ma con polso fermo anche i clienti un po' difficili e riottosi. Purtroppo la trattoria è aperta solo durante i feriali e chiude alle 15. Consiglio assolutamente a coloro che a milano per turismo o altro vogliono pranzare discreto al giusto prezzo. Non la cambierai con nessun altro ristorante a milano.
