Antica Trattoria Al Circolo In Brescia

At Circolo da Alberto, good food is the order of the day, with truly excellent traditional dishes and excellent prices for the quality/price ratio. But even more so, we found the hospitality that a poster hanging in the dining room wanted Brescians to demonstrate for the Giro d'Italia. A promise kept in full by the young manager who hosted us until our shuttle departed. We truly had a wonderful time and felt at home. We highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much, Alberto.

Four of us dined outside under the pergola. It's an intimate place: I'd say a dozen tables at most. I recommend making reservations, as we did. It was quite busy even for a weekday dinner, and we also enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The appetizers were delicious and traditional. The casoncelli pasta is not to be missed, as are the melted mountain cheese and baked potatoes. I didn't try the meat dishes, but my companions loved them, especially the beef tartare, which comes with the ingredients separated so you can adjust them to your taste. Fast and attentive service; I absolutely recommend it; we'll be back soon!

Every time I'm in Brescia, I try to dine at this trattoria. The atmosphere is authentic, typical of old-fashioned clubs, and the food and drinks are excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. I'll gladly return with family and friends.

Delicious food. Good value. Helpful and friendly staff. We'll be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space.

We went for dinner last night for two. Two first courses (paccheri with sausage and tortelli with pumpkin) were very good, rich, and served with generous portions. Two second courses (roasted pork loin and porchetta) were also very good, simple and straightforward, with no mess or sauces. Two desserts were homemade. The staff were kind and friendly without being intrusive or overbearing. Price was €40 per person, including water, wine, and coffee; we declined the complimentary liqueur. The place was small, welcoming, and warm. An excellent choice for a genuine, satisfying dinner, without the frills of fashion.

I went to dinner last night with my dad. It's a very good trattoria, with very kind and cheerful staff. I really enjoyed the casoncelli and the ricotta cannoli (homemade). I'll be back as soon as I have the chance to return to Brescia!
