We are in San Giovanni Rotondo for a few days and decided to have a pizza dinner at Antica Trattoria. Well.... A very good surprise, the pizza, soft and crunchy, the place and the waiters created a wonderful dinner evening. The waiters Francesco and Giovanni, very attentive and professional, finally the owner Antonio explained to us how much dedication and love he dedicated to his dough for his pizza with extreme kindness and

We were directed by the hotel where we were staying to get something to eat. We took a slice of beef, requested rare but it arrived overcooked. Meat not very tender, more than a cut it was a badly cut steak! I saw other diners take platters with very tempting cold cuts... I must have had the wrong dish 😅
