Antica Torretta In Verona

Amazing food, impeccable service from our wonderful waiter and sommelier, we had panzenella salad and the courgette flower and mozzarella salad to start both delicious. Followed by the turbot, rack of lamb, chateaubriand and the lamb ragu spaghetti. All delicious. We finished with tiramisu and bisquit desserts both fabulous This is one of the best meals I have had in a long time the whole experience was enhanced by the waiter.

Good quality of food even if prices objectively above average and minimal quantities. The location is nice, but the service could be improved.

I chose Antica Torretta for a romantic dinner in Verona and the experience was simply perfect. The location, elegant and welcoming, creates an intimate and refined atmosphere, ideal for a special evening. The service was impeccable: attentive, discreet staff, always ready to give expert advice on both the dishes and the wine list.

We had a wonderful experience at Antica Torretta last night. Service was thoughtful and passionate and timely. All of the servers made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy the experience. We tried some different dishes and flavors and were pleasantly surprised. All of the dishes were outstanding. Then, after dinner, it’s only a 1 minute walk to the Ponte Pietra and fabulous views. Great restaurant and location.

Later in the evening we visited this restaurant, we only had their signature dish – ricotta gnocchi. What a unique and delightful combination of flavors! The wine list was excellent as well; we enjoyed a beautiful bottle of red from the Jura. We sat on the lovely outdoor terrace – a perfect setting for a relaxed evening.

We were welcomed into an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, where every phase of the service, from the mise en place to the presentation of the dishes, highlighted an authentic attention to the customer and to detail. We started by sharing two appetizers that immediately set the tone of the evening. The Duck Foie Gras with Honey and Pollen, with Bruscandoli, Roquefort and Black Pepper Pan Brioche was a refined dish, capable of combining sweetness and flavor in a balanced way, with a truly interesting play of textures. As a main course, the Chateaubriand “Teys Premium Black Angus” with Black Truffle, accompanied by Potato Pearls and Baby Vichy Carrots, proved to be sumptuous and impeccably cooked. The scent of the truffle, the softness of the meat and the delicacy of the side dishes created a rich, balanced and well-presented dish. To conclude the dinner, two very different desserts but both of the highest level: the Pavlova with Strawberries and Aromatic Herbs, fresh and light, is a tribute to seasonality and finesse, while the Tiramisu dell’Antica Torretta with Domori Chocolate and Coffee Crumble is a classic interpreted with elegance and superior quality. The service was punctual, attentive and discreet, in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the room. An experience that we highly recommend to those seeking excellence and authenticity.

Comimos aquí por el cumpleaños de mi esposa en la segunda noche de nuestro fin de semana de cuatro días en Verona. Nos quedamos muy contentos ya que el servicio, la comida y el vino eran excelentes. Nos gustaría volver. El maitre d’ funciona muy bien delante de la casa, proporcionando una excelente recomendación de vino y ayudando con el servicio. No estaba muy ocupado cuando llegamos, así que nos dieron a elegir una mesa, que era agradable. Un poco inusual ofrecen chateaubriand para uno, que los dos teníamos, y eso fue muy bueno. Sin duda volvería. Es un buen lugar de celebración, ya que es un poco más caro que los restaurantes normales, pero en nuestra opinión, vale la pena.
