A great find! Plus, you can choose between two tasting menus featuring truffle or saffron. I recommend the first courses with more flavor and a better creaming technique to enhance their flavors. Attentive and professional service, and a refined location that reflects the local area.

We had lunch at this restaurant about ten days ago. The food was good and the price was excellent. The place was simple but welcoming and informal. Highly recommended.

Epic meal at a very reasonable price, TOP service, kind and helpful, it felt like being at 4 Alessandro Borghese restaurants... sensitivity towards animals we have a cat that we always take with us even on holiday in the car it was too hot and we asked if she could stay near us in the restaurant obviously a travel carrier certified also for plane travel she is very sweet and very quiet does not bother and they without problems allowed us to keep her with us thank you!

I tried the 5-course saffron menu (€30) and it was outstanding. Every dish highlights saffron in a unique way, from the flavorful Navelli chickpeas to the delicate chitarrina with guanciale and saffron infusion.
The slow-cooked veal with citrus and saffron was tender and perfectly balanced, and the homemade saffron cream dessert was the perfect finale - velvety, fragrant, and unforgettable.
Excellent value for money, with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail.

Excellent restaurant just outside Navelli.
Naturally, there are numerous saffron dishes.
The ones we tried were truly excellent, with a special mention for the saffron cream with millefeuille.
The price was also very fair.
Definitely worth returning if you're in the area.

Consiglio tanto questo posto ai piedi del borgo di Navelli. Davvero buono! I piatti forti sono con lo zafferano ovviamente, ma non si resta delusi dal resto del menù. Posto semplice ma elegante.
Cordialità da parte del personale.
Nota di merito: finalmente qui vegetariani e vegani possono mangiare qualcosa di ottimo e anche locale!
