ANTICA SCUDERIA - Professionalità in ogni senso. Stupire nella tradizione. Piatti e intermezzi ricercati e diversi dal solito. Ottimi gli antipasti. Intermezzi di benvenuto e fra una portata e l'altra. Scelta di vini ricercata. Competenza. Atmosfera e tavoli ben distanziati. Per un compleanno o semplicemente in coppia o per una sosta fuori dal solito. Leggere il menù e scegliere anche lasciandosi consigliare dai proprietari. In ogni caso difficile sbagliare. Alta qualità.

Ambiente originale e curato, elegante, così come anche il servizio. I piatti sono ben studiati ed eseguiti, a partire dall'intrigante entrée. Le portate vengono spiegate quando servite al tavolo. Personalmente ho assaggiato il tortello ricotta tuorlo e il pescato del giorno. Una serata piacevole e interessante.

23/07/2024: Excellent fresh spaghetti with paccari and buffalo mozzarella
30/06/2024: This pizzeria has been around forever, I even went there with my parents when I was little! The place hasn't changed much, it has maintained its worthy of the time, it has two outdoor spaces which are perfect on summer evenings when it's very hot! I was there for two evenings close together after many years and I ate the pinsa with 7 grain dough both evenings and I must say that it has a very good and digestible dough. I can't say what the other dishes are like as I haven't tried them but the pizza is excellent! Prices are not very low for being on the outskirts of Bologna but they are more or less in line with other places.
