Crowded place. Otherwise just what you expect from any other McDonald's

This McDonald's helps out well, it is opposite the Rome train station. It's crowded, though.

Food is minimal. Little choice compared to our usual McDonalds. Opposite the station, so few local people. It does what it's supposed to do.

Toilet is not free and is guarded better than the government building Ordered at MacCafe, nobody was doing anything for five minutes although there were no big queues So much for a “fast” food

The place is busy due to being in front of termini but that is no reason to give us a cold burger and fries, has never happened to us at any other McDonald's.

A place to stop briefly for a sandwich, a negative note is the lack of toilets for the disabled.

McDonald's near Termini Station is conveniently located, making it the perfect place for a quick meal while traveling. Security guards keep things tidy, but their excessive presence, especially observing what is on the tables, may make you feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the quality of the food leaves much to be desired - the meals were cold. Additionally, not everything was delivered as ordered, despite attention being paid to the omitted items. The overall experience, due to these shortcomings, clearly falls short of the standards you would expect from McDonald's.

(Be sure to check the change when paying in person!!) I used it twice during this trip. Once, I ordered a croissant + coffee secret menu for breakfast + paid by credit card through the kiosk. Since payment was done through chaos, I gave an order ticket to the bread and coffee corner on the left and only packed the food (it was processed quickly at a low price). The second time, I ordered orange juice and chose to order + pay face-to-face through the kiosk, and after that, I paid cash to the staff in front of the POS machine. After receiving the receipt, I submitted the order to the beverage corner on the left of the order card and took it out (satisfied with the quick processing). However, during this process, I confirmed that I received 1 euro less change. I immediately went to the cashier, told them, and received 1 euro back. I wonder if it is a habit or a mistake🙄 If you pay with cash and not at a kiosk, be sure to check the change and receipt!

A shop near TERMINI, very close. After 3 days of disappointment in expensive restaurants with low quality food and enough fatigue due to sightseeing we decided to eat there too. The food was quite a bit better than the others especially the hamburger which was quite close to our tastes. The prices are a bit more reasonable and the service very good. I was pleased with it
