We arrived by train from Venice to spend a few days in Rome. My daughter wanted to eat at McDonald's, but when we went to the one inside the station, it was packed and horribly hot (we returned a few days later and it had been fixed), so we opted for this one right in front of Rome Termini Station. As for food and service, it's exactly what you can expect from this franchise. The service was good and fast despite the restaurant being full; in fact, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to be seated. Depending on the time of day you go, it can be busier than usual due to the presence of people who frequent the station area.

Good experience today around 7 p.m. The McDonald's wasn't crowded at all and the order was very quick and well prepared. This McDonald's is a good place to help and I didn't find it to be too crowded even though I'm a 19-year-old woman on my own, it just seems obvious to keep your belongings on you to avoid theft.

The gluten-free burger in Italy is very different from the one in Spain, hehe, but it was very good too, and the pistachio ice cream is delicious. The people who serve at this McDonald's are very nice. Thank you very much. I will return.

buon ristorante nei pressi della stazione Termini. Accoglienza super e piatti bel preparati e cucinati. Sia carne che pesce. Piatti abbondanti. Buona scelta di vini. Servizio veloce

Paramos aquí en nuestra última noche en Roma en noviembre, y deseamos encontrar este lugar antes! Todo estaba fresco, lleno de sabor, y los servidores eran encantadores. La bruschetta era justo lo que esperaba, y el pomodoro era simplemente increíble. Tenían algo de construcción en marcha, pero hicieron todo lo posible para no ser demasiado ruidosos y conscientes de los pocos otros clientes. Volvería aquí en un santiamén.

15/03/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati qui per caso e dopo aver trovato la vetrina dei dolci molto invitante siamo entrati. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale soprattutto nel darci chiarimenti sul menù. Abbiamo preso due colazioni all'italiana di cui uno con il latte di soia per sono intollerante al lattosio. I prodotti erano ottimi e la spremuta non era quella del brick ma era una spremuta vera. Il locale è molto suggestivo e sembra di trovarsi in un luogo magico. Se ci dovessimo ritrovare a Roma sicuramente torneremo a fare colazione in questo bar/bistrò
