It is directly opposite Termini railway station. The staff there are impeccably kind. They served all pilgrims with utmost respect and attention despite the big numbers and immense pressure. But above all they were very honest to detail. It is also very clean. A big round of applause to all the staff. I can visit the place again and again.

A good McDonald's just steps from Termini Station, convenient for grabbing a bite to eat upon arrival or before your train. It's on the "bad" side of Termini, so it's best to avoid it at odd hours. Fast and very helpful service.

I think it's convenient for positioning, but I still think it's still the same old McDonald's, which sometimes you could do without, but there's not much competition that can match its marketing and positioning power. The service is also always up to par, so overall they fulfill their role well and do their best. I don't recommend it, but overall I can give it above-average feedback.

This McDonald's is very well located, just steps from the train station, making it convenient if you're passing through or waiting for a train. The cleanliness of the place is acceptable, with clean tables and decent bathrooms. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, which is always appreciated.
However, the atmosphere leaves a little to be desired: it's very noisy and some people just linger, so it's not the most welcoming place if you want to relax or work quietly. Perfect for a quick meal, but not for long lingering.
In short, it's a functional place with a good location and friendly staff, but the atmosphere could be improved.

There's been a lot of criticism of this McDonald's, known as Rome's No. 1, on YouTube and social media.
Out of curiosity, I went to see it from afar at 5 AM, and yeah!! It's kind of scary. 😨
However, I was impressed by how the owner always politely apologizes in his local guide posts.
