Excellent pizza right outside the piazza of the Cathedral of Monreale. The crust dough is left to proof for 48 hours and is flavourful and a great mix between fluffy and chewy.

Courteous and available. Pizza and calzones leavened 48 hours cooked in a wood oven. Soft inside and crunchy outside. Quality ingredients. Honest prices. Definitely to recommend.

Well located in front of Guglielmo square, smiling and welcoming staff. Excellent pizza. I recommend it. Wide choice of pizza but there are only pizzas. We were there by chance and it’s excellent.

11/11/2024: We stopped by chance, waiting for the time of the return flight. Seeing the tower, we wanted to look around Truly gorgeous here. The little beach that accompanies this place is wonderful. Of course, now in November, deserted, one can enjoy it. I really liked the various messages I read around, that is, the need to make people understand, the importance of leaving this fabulous, clean place.... As if there was necessarily a need to write it.... Go see this place, and respect the environment, REGARDLESS.

08/09/2024: Abbiamo prenotato in questo locale incuriositi dai piatti proposti nel menù. Locale moderno e piacevole, personale gentile, servizio accurato e veloce. semplici e gustosi gli antipasti, ottimi i primi piatti, in particolare gli spaghetti con le sarde e gli spaghetti alla carrettiera (piatto semplice ma gustosissimo). Carta dei vini con buon numero di etichette. Conto nella media, abbiamo prenotato il tavolo tramite app The Fork e lo sconto previsto è stato correttamente applicato dal gestore al momento del pagamento- Contento di aver provato questo ristorante.
