For me, this is undoubtedly the best pastry shop in the center of Florence. It's located in the Mercato Centrale area and is a historic establishment with over 100 years of tradition. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a slightly retro atmosphere that might make you think of a luxury place with prohibitive prices, but in reality, it's the exact opposite: the prices are very fair for the area and the high quality they offer. For example, pastries are €1.40 and cappuccinos are €1.60. The place is a bit small and there's often a bit of a line, but it's absolutely worth it, especially since table service is free (a real highlight for the center!). I tried the cream bombolone and it was amazing. If you're in Florence, it's a must-see: I'll definitely be back!

This pastry shop has a slightly retro decor that makes you think the prices are high, but we changed our minds when we came in for breakfast. Pastries cost €1.40. Cappuccino €1.60 and latte €1.40. Very fair prices, and the pastries are truly delicious! There's no extra charge for dining at the table, and the atmosphere is overall comfortable. We waited in line, and a young woman served us our pastries, a woman took our drink orders, and two young men made coffees, cappuccinos, etc., so everything went very smoothly. I think it's the only café in the area with these prices and good quality!

The reception was wonderful and the atmosphere was distinctly Italian. You feel joy and happiness while drinking the cappuccino, which was amazing, and the tiramisu was perfectly balanced and light, so you can't get enough of it. The prices are reasonable.

Quick service, very reasonable prices, and a huge selection of varied pastries. Perfect in the morning to start the day, or in the afternoon for a short break.

The Nutella bull's eye was really delicious and fresh. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Having breakfast here is a guarantee of quality and deliciousness. It's a meeting point in the central market. I like it because you can pick up your drink and sit at a table at no extra cost! I had a truly excellent cream puff pastry with a good coffee. I recommend trying it if you haven't been yet. Those who have tried it will definitely return.
