It felt like being a guest in someone's home. A family atmosphere, tasty, homemade dishes. A special mention for the desserts. Excellent value.

A small restaurant with a huge heart. "The secret ingredient is love" isn't just a saying, it's a fact at this restaurant. I found particularly refined traditional cuisine, starting with the sourdough focaccia, leavened for over 48 hours, moving on to the duck breast with blueberries and raspberries, which I dubbed "a duck's dream," and finishing with an apple pie that couldn't be better. I returned home knowing I'd eaten more than well, and with the same certainty of returning as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

In Calvenzano, the first town in the province of Bergamo arriving from Cremona and a short distance from Milan, listen up... there's not only the padel court, but above all the Osteria del Tricu'!!! Mrs. Raffaella and Mr. Emiliano run an osteria whose atmosphere transports you to 10th-century Lombard homes, and whose food offers authentic flavors. An authentic Slow Food trattoria where, if you're in a hurry, they'll invite you to change locations (except during the weekly lunch break) because, beyond flavor, they're all about friendliness and the desire to be together. From the outside, the place appears simple, but as soon as we stepped inside, we were immersed in a fresh and warm atmosphere. The menu, a true ode to the local culinary tradition, featured dishes prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients sourced directly from the surrounding land. We decided to follow the advice of the owner, a passionate and cheerful woman, who shared the story of the name and each dish with infectious enthusiasm. The trattoria, in addition to offering delicious food, was a refuge from the ordinary, where every table told stories of past customers with a sweet tooth. We felt part of a community, welcomed like old friends, and we left that place with light hearts and full bellies. In conclusion, that trattoria was a discovery that enriched not only our palate, but also our spirit. We had lunch at this delightful restaurant on Sunday! Excellent food, a relaxing and very friendly atmosphere. The kitchen is open to the public. The staff and chef are extremely friendly. Calvenzano has remained a typical Po Valley town.
