I just dropped in, but the friendly service despite my broken English made me very happy.
The squid ink pasta and the recommended onion and sardine pasta in oil were both delicious.
This is a restaurant that even those who aren't confident in their English can feel comfortable using!

This Bacaro is extremely good value, and the wine portion was very large for the value. They had a moderate selection of food and we really enjoyed the meat balls.

I found this place to Savory Italy Tours it was a group of 16. Started here the pasta homemade with the fresh ingredients, the sardines and onion oh my gosh so good the calamari the best I’ve had the wine the Prosecco was superb. The aperol spritz very good , a must if you ever in Venice, Italy.

Finally, a Venetian osteria. A family atmosphere, super friendly and helpful staff. The food is very good, and the prices are more than fair considering we're just steps from the Rialto Bridge.
Bigoli in sugo and spaghetti with squid ink are highly recommended!

Sempre una certezza. Conosciamo questa osteria da qualche anno come bacaro per cicchetti, ma la domenica a pranzo fanno solo servizio al tavolo. Nonostante la costante confusione di gente a Venezia, questa è un’oasi di pace in quando è nascosta in una vietta laterale. Bisogna passarci apposta. Cibo buono, personale molto cortese ed accogliente. Prezzo molto buono nonostante la vicinanza al ponte di Rialto e per essere a Venezia. Sicuramente torneremo
