Antica Osteria Paverno In Marano di valpolicella

A historic trattoria, where you can breathe an atmosphere of times gone by. The skilful renovation of the venue has preserved the peculiarities of the rooms, made elegant by the perfect mise en place of the managers. The cuisine, traditional from Verona, winks at modernity with reinterpretations of typical dishes and references to French cuisine.

We had dinner with my boyfriend. Delicious dinner with excellent quality raw materials and cooked perfectly! The waiter was able to recommend an excellent wine to accompany the Florentine cooked in the fireplace, super spot on. Beautiful location👍🏻 we will definitely be back!

We stayed in this tavern for two evenings and had the opportunity to try appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Every dish won us over, without ever disappointing us. The staff has always been extremely friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The quality of the food is excellent, and we felt welcomed at home. An experience I highly recommend to anyone in the area!

🌟 Unforgettable experience in Valpolicella! 🌟 I spent a special day near the Valpolicella hill in an ancient and charming house that retains all the charm of times gone by. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is impeccable and you feel truly pampered. As an appetizer I tried the "Fried snails": truly delicious, crunchy and tasty! Followed by a sliced ​​beef with radicchio which was simply perfect. All accompanied by an excellent 2018 Valpolicella Superiore Squarano red wine, rich and enveloping. A fantastic experience, made even more beautiful by the company of my sweet love. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic place and dream cuisine! I hope you like it!

Spectacular, local, traditional food. owner always helpful and kind. Nice, classic and well-kept location. The prices are slightly higher than the average tavern, but the quality makes up for it, not the quantity.

Confortevole dehors in una veranda coperta fresca ed ombreggiata, ideale per le calde giornate estive, apparecchiatura classica con tovagliato bianco in stoffa. Come antipasto scelto la Tartare: carne di buona qualità ben condita e saporita accompagnata da un'insalatina verde all'aceto balsamico. A seguire Pappardelle al tartufo: ottimo piatto, cottura perfetta, "importante" la quantità sia di burro che di tartufo ma per nulla invadente. Per dessert una generosa porzione di Sbrisolona in abbinamento ad un bicchierino di Recioto. Gestione accogliente e cordiale per un gradevole servizio. Con un calice di Valpolicella Superiore Manara (6 €), una bottiglia di naturale e caffè, totale di circa 43 €; conto equamente rapportato a quanto offerto.

Sono ritornato in questo ristorante dopo alcuni mesi sebbene lo conosco da anni . La location e’ fantastica immerso nel verde della Valpolicella. Durante l’estate mangiare fuori alla sera con il fresco che scende da Marano e’ un piacere . Il piatto forte il risotto con l’amarone e semplicemente sublime. Questo ristorante e’ uno dei 2-3 posti in tutta Verona dove si mangia il vero risotto con l’amarone. Il resto e’ comunque molto buono e si basa sulla tradizione locale ( fettuccine con il tartufo, costata fiorentina . Bravo e simpatico il titolare
