Recommended by a friend, we dined under the restaurant's pergola.
The menu is basic, but the dishes are generous.
We shared an appetizer, then a meat-based main course: my wife had sliced beef, and I had chicken thigh with roast potatoes.
One of the five desserts offered: today we earned it.

Truly an excellent restaurant. We stopped in for a quick lunch, just to try a delicious risotto with Amarone. What a delight, highly recommended. I can't speak for the other dishes, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Courtesy and friendliness complement the impeccable service. We'll be back sooner or later!

Everything was very tasty, shame about the bill, in my opinion too high! 25 euros less than we could have done! Two starters, a second Florentine steak to be precise, another flaw was not asking for it to be cooked even though it was expected to be rare, too fatty and the weight said 1 kg but, in our opinion, the weight described was 1 kg of bone, not much meat and the cost! The dessert was excellent and the service very courteous! The place was truly relaxing!

A family lunch... refined cuisine, excellent Amarone risotto, sublime coffee cream.
Having eaten under the pergola, we also enjoyed the splendid view.
Definitely an experience worth repeating.

Granted, it was a breezy day, but lunch at the end of July in the shade of a portico in a delightfully cool atmosphere enhances the flavor of the dishes.
The fried zucchini flowers were out of the ordinary, reminiscent of Japanese tempura with a local twist. The tortello filled with pear jam and dusted with smoked ricotta was original. The 400-450g (?) rib-eye steak was tasty, cooked more rare than medium, as requested, and unfortunately not exactly tender.
Good service and reasonable prices.
Easy parking.

location carina, il panorama sulle colline della Valpolicella è sempre splendido.
Pietanze di buona qualità, ottimo il risotto all'Amarone, buona anche l'esperienza con la carne e gli antipasti.
Vini di buon livello, anche se il Valpolicella classico non mi ha entusiasmato, e non abbiamo preso l'Amarone che sicuramente sarebbe stato più adatto al menù di carne, ma ovviamente ancor più caro.
Prezzo appunto un po' caro; noi abbiamo mangiato un pranzo "normale", non stringato ma nemmeno esagerato, e 50 euro rischiano di non bastare; non è esagerato, ma nemmeno economico, anche se quello ormai rischia di essere lo standard in quelle zone.
