Unparalleled restaurant. Starting from the professionalism of the staff in the dining room, to the quality of the food served up to the amazement of certain dishes that are an emotion for the eyes, smell and taste. They always know how to amaze with innovation and tradition brought together in a perfect way. Must try at least once.

The title of my review could be “I would like but I can't”. I would like to be a starred restaurant but rightly I'm not because the attention and service are really basic. You have to choose the menu when you book, so if you want to surprise someone, you give them the complete surprise. In the sense that your partner will have to eat what you have chosen. It would be better to be able to just give an indication. Then if the table has 4 or more people, you have to take half a day to hear from everyone and coordinate with the choice of the menu. We chose the Game menu. Very fun and with really good dishes such as risotto, artichoke and spicy dessert. Really very high price, considering that in some starred hotels you spend less. I was a little disappointed, not by the food, but by everything else. Little attention to refilling the wine or water. Even the question they ask you “how did we go?” denotes little attention but more ego. Usually the question is “did you like it?” with more attention to the customer and not to themselves. I'm sorry because I found so much study and attention in the dishes.

We had an exceptional experience at Antica Osteria Magenes. The "Gioco" degustation menu truly lived up to its name, offering a playful and engaging culinary journey. The ambiance was classic, perfectly complementing the innovative and surprising dishes. They took careful note of our dietary wishes, ensuring every course was thoughtfully tailored to our preferences. The service was impeccable, attentive, and on point throughout our meal. We will be back!

No, I usually give 5 stars, in my opinion you deserve them. Tried the place on a Saturday for lunch with my partner (à la carte, although I will return to try the route): - risotto with space anchovies garum; - noodles with nduja and coconut are good, but the risotto is better - excellent cutlet (and huge, perhaps a bit too much) - grilled sea bass that we will struggle not to catch again - haute patisserie desserts With a couple of bubbles by the glass, and excellent coffee with small pastries, we left with less than €200 in total, which in my opinion denotes excellent value for money and absolute fairness (I would have thought of spending more). So, a place I left happy

High quality in this pearl of a hamlet of Gaggiano. We had dinner using a gift (Smartbox) and the menu included welcome flutes, a starter and a surprise first course. To our "surprise" we were very satisfied with the chef's proposal. For the rest, the level is high, as are the costs, a reflection of the excellent service and food they offer. To return on special occasions.

Incuriositi dal racconto di nostro figlio, abbiamo voluto provare anche noi l'esperienza del Gioco, 15 portate stellari, originalissime nel gusto, nella preparazione e nella presentazione. Un grande applauso va allo chef per la scelta delle materie prime, la fantasia nel comporre le portate con un eccezionale abbinamento di sapori, tanto che ogni piatto si è rivelato una sorpresa con un equilibrio perfetto. Ogni sapore era distinguibile e ben amalgamato nell'insieme, sicuramente frutto di un lungo studio e preparazione. Stessa nota positiva riguarda il servizio, con il personale davvero fantastico, molto preparato e presente senza essere opprimente, gentile ed educato. Siamo stati sinceramente senza parole davanti a diverse portate e trattandosi del festeggiamento di due compleanni, possiamo solo dire che si è "festeggiato alla grande". Di sicuro è un'esperienza da ripetere.

Questa volta vorrei fare una recensione che non parli dello splendido menu e di come vengono preparati i minuziosamente i piatti e della loro bontà, ma bensì vorrei far sapere di quanto sono professionali, competenti ed educate le persone dello staff che contribuiscono a passare una bella serata. Tutte ma proprio tutte ti fanno sentire a casa e coccolato. Sono davvero splendide, complimenti a loro e ha chi ha saputo metterle in squadra. Come scritto in precedenza il mangiare è top e sempre una certezza

04/12/2024: An elegant venue with a selection of traditional but refined and interesting dishes. Prices quite high. We tasted the pumpkin and liquorice risotto, the Milanese cutlet with truffles (it was with truffle fondue but I preferred to limit the flavours) and the turbot with artichokes. The desserts were good and in our case they were: the mascarpone and black cherry cream and the apple pie served with the cream.
