The outdoor ambiance is really nice. We thought the pizza was very good, and the pasta was okay. Unfortunately, the waitress made us feel very uncomfortable. He was very rude and arrogant towards us because we didn't have a reservation, making silly comments half in English and half in Italian. Apparently, there was plenty of space, though, and some tables remained empty throughout the evening. The service was generally very chaotic; you had to ask for everything separately: oil and vinegar with the salad; everyone except us got bread, a glass with our drinks, etc. We've rarely felt so uncomfortable; we won't be back.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food, outstanding service, and a great location. A beautiful place that I would gladly visit again anytime. Thank you for your hospitality.

One of our favorite restaurants when we're in San Gimignano. And we go there every year. It's located in the heart of the Tuscan hills, with a spacious outdoor area and an additional, partitioned outdoor area for those rare occasions when the weather isn't cooperating or you prefer to sit somewhere non-smoking. The food is all excellent, but we'd particularly like to highlight the antipasti and the pizzas (more Napolitana-style). Friendly staff, and if the pizza is too big, they'll give you the rest to take away in a pizza box. We'd love to come back! The photos are from two visits in August 2023.

Excellent pizza, service could be improved, though courteous and attentive. The atmosphere is nice, but mosquitoes, even though the establishment provides repellent, are a problem.

I came here on my dad's advice to try some typical Tuscan dishes for my Korean friends who were visiting me in Florence. I'll tell you, we ate very well, too well. We had the mixed Tuscan meat appetizer, then split tagliatelle with mushrooms and ragù, and pici with white ragù and Taggiasca olives. And to finish, the spit-roasted meat (I forgot the real name, hahaha) with baked potatoes. My dad had everything seafood, and I'll tell you, even though I love meat, I much preferred his seafood appetizer; the shrimp was especially delicious. The portions were adequate, and even though we split the appetizer between three of us, my Korean friends were completely stuffed after a forkful of pasta (I didn't feed them a big breakfast on purpose so they could eat a lot here, but in the end they finished it all, slowly, but they managed it, hehe). Afterwards, my dad had seafood paccheri, perhaps a little salty for my taste buds, but absolutely delicious, and to finish, a mixed fried fish platter. I highly recommend coming here, especially because it's in a very relaxing location with little street noise and a beautiful view of San Gimignano. For four people, including service charge, water, wine, two gelatos with coffee and everything else you see in the photos, we spent around €150.00 in total.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time last night, recommended by foodie friends. We ordered the famous 8-course fish appetizer, cooked to perfection. Given the abundance, we stopped there, certain to return for first courses, pizza, etc. Friendly staff, a special mention for the head waiter, who, in addition to providing detailed explanations of the dishes, made you feel at home despite the large crowd. Excellent, sincere compliments! Fair bill, and even a nice discount...what more could you ask for?

Great view and excellent food!! We went on Saturday for lunch. They told us right away they didn't do pizza, but they did offer fish dishes. We were a little hesitant at first, but then we opted for a seafood salad and spaghetti allo scoglio. We were blown away by the quality and flavor. We decided to go again the next day, and this time we ordered baked sea bream. Once again, the quality of the fish was excellent, and the dish was impeccable. Overall, we can't recommend it highly enough!!

A dinner with friends, good fish, and truly top-notch value....Excellent Raw!!!

Si bien esta cerca del centro de San Gimignano , no es visible salvo que vayan por recomendacion. El lugar es apacible con hermosas vistas. La comida exquisita y mejores vinos. Atencion muy cuidada. Fuimos un domingo soleado y se disfrutó la terraza , las mesas distantes entre si.
