This place never disappoints, both in terms of cuisine and hospitality. The seafood dishes are expertly prepared, the food is good and delicious, and the wine selection is excellent. But what's most impressive is how each guest is treated individually, as if they were unique, thanks to the constant, yet never intrusive, presence of the hostess and the wait staff. Thanks to Chef Lello, who is excellent, and who carefully selected the waiter. I unfortunately don't remember his name, but I thank him for his attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness. Yesterday I had the pleasure of lunch at this fantastic restaurant with my wife and a couple of dear friends. What can I say? We were completely satisfied in every way: the quiet location surrounded by greenery with a panoramic view of San Gimignano, the excellent food with well-prepared dishes, and above all, the impeccable and fast service from the very kind and polite staff. We'll be back as soon as possible!

What can I say... we feel at home at Lello and Monica's! The food is divine and the price is right, from the fish to the meat and the Neapolitan pizza, everything is truly good! The attentive and welcoming waiters, Giuseppe, is wonderful, he explains everything from wine to beer, good at giving advice! Not to mention the karaoke evenings, which we have a lot of fun and the staff also participates with us! If I could give more stars, I would! Highly recommended for young people, families and groups!

Friends who came to visit us wanted to eat a good Florentine steak and drink good wine. We decided to take them to this restaurant because it was in a characteristic location near San Gimignano and we had a great time. The quality of the meat was excellent, very tender, and the welcome was warm. During the evening we also saw many fish-based dishes pass by, generous and fabulous-looking dishes. We will be back to try the fish. There is a wide selection of excellent wines. At the end, Chef Raffaele came to our table to ask if everything was okay, which made us very happy. Finally, they seduced us with the tasting of desserts, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Congratulations!

Admittedly, the pizza was excellent—better than we expected. However, everything else was fairly average, particularly the service. It felt as though our presence was an inconvenience to the waitstaff, yet when an Italian group arrived later, they were greeted warmly and treated with much more enthusiasm. I could overlook the mediocre food, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
