Just exceptional…. This evening a unique menu with more than 10 dishes, each as succulent as the next, served by the chef himself, all at a very affordable price. €35 wine included.

More than a dinner it is an experience. Excellent food and wine explained in origin and preparation by the chef. I recommend it and I really hope to return.

An experience to live, not only culinary but also in terms of empathy and creativity. Maurizio expertly mixes local products with other Italian excellences respecting seasonality. The mixed starters of the day were greatly appreciated, we tried them all, and hats off to the fresh hand-made pasta. We tried the agnolotti with porcini mushrooms and the pappardelle in gorgonzola cream and late radicchio. And what about the millefeuille with maron glacé and chocolate... a must try! The spelled and potato focaccia which is served as an accompaniment is also excellent.

Super super super delicious food and the owners (including the chef) were friendly and welcoming! I recommend you try it..

Excellent place in the center of Castel Rocchero. Typical Monferrato cuisine, every day offers a fair amount of choice. The various courses are illustrated by chef Maurizio.
Abundant starters, high price.
First courses prepared entirely by them, but I found that the flavor of the agnolotti seasoning (a very good sauce) clearly dominated that of the agnolotti, debasing the dish.
The carpaccio, lean and at the exact point of cooking, had the same problem.
The peach millefeuille is very good, as I had already seen in other reviews. It's not the classic millefeuille, but a clever reinterpretation (crumbled pastry, probably assembled on the spot, this guarantees that it's nice and crunchy).
For a dinner, with a bottle of wine, leaving the table satisfied, but not burdened, we spent 200 euros.
