My experience was very positive. I stumbled upon it by chance and I must say the owners immediately put us at ease. The chef carefully described the dishes he served, and before bringing us the "tajarin" (pork cheek, bacon, and porcini mushrooms), he came to cut them right at our table... the result was delicious. I'm from Turin but I plan on returning with friends. Ciao and bon appétit, everyone.

We had the pleasure of stumbling across Taverna della Rocca on a weekend trip to Castel Rocchero and it did not disappoint! Mauricio is warm and friendly, ensuring our glasses or plates were never empty. The food is cooked with precision and love (in particular the meat ragu taglioni) and we left feeling happy and full.

This is for sure the best restaurant we've been to in the region. Chef Maurizio and his wife are excellent hosts and know exactly how to bring you an evening to remember. Great food and great atmosphere. We will definitly come back.

If you want to try something different, yes this is the place for you! You will be welcomed by the very kind Maurizio who together with his wife are the beating heart of this restaurant. Don't expect any menu, you have to trust the long experience of chef Maurizio in combining the ingredients, which each season offers to discover flavors never tried before. An experience worth living!!!! BOOKING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

23/09/2025: We already knew the venue, and we chose it almost blindly as our wedding restaurant. We couldn't have made a better choice, as everything was simply perfect and even better than we expected. From the decor of the main room to the wonderful appetizer buffet, and right down to the dishes, which demonstrated high quality and arrived on time. The beautifully decorated cake was also wonderful, much appreciated by all the guests. We also want to mention the commendable work of the waiters, always discreet but consistently attentive and present. Congratulations to the entire dining room and kitchen staff, masterfully coordinated by Maria Grazia, who supported us from the first contact last year until our departure the day after the event. One More Sas

28/09/2025: An evening with my husband's colleagues. He was very enthusiastic about the place, with its spacious interior and exterior. The service, provided by a young, friendly, and attentive staff, deserves the same level of attention and kindness from those being served. The menu is very varied; my husband and I ate a delicious pizza, very surprised by the mixed flours used in the dough: very good 👍😋 We will definitely be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
23/09/2025: Near the Tanaro River Nice and quiet place, but beware of mosquitoes in the summer when eating outside.
