Wow. There is no menu today. You eat what the chef decided. And it is amazing! We had one amazing tasting dish after another. Everything a pure joy! We will come back, to be surprised again with the creativity of Chef Maurizio.

We went there for lunch on the last Sunday of September on our way back from the village of babaci. The place is very quaint and the food is superb. Chef Maurizio listed every course served and even stopped to joke with our daughter, exchanging jokes. The recommended wines were also excellent. Warm regards to Maurizio from our little Federica.

My experience was very positive. I stumbled upon it by chance and I must say the owners immediately put us at ease. The chef carefully described the dishes he served, and before bringing us the "tajarin" (pork cheek, bacon, and porcini mushrooms), he came to cut them right at our table... the result was delicious. I'm from Turin but I plan on returning with friends. Ciao and bon appétit, everyone.

07/10/2025: Paola was a fantastic host. She's super nice, not at all pushy. But if you ask her, she'll happily tell you about all the local partners. The room was a dream. The bathroom was very modern, but the room still had an old-world charm. Dinner and breakfast were prepared with so much love. Everything was locally sourced. The pool was wonderful – with a view of the magnificent castle. Paola and her husband are truly lovely people, and you should definitely visit them. A tip: a wine tasting at Maranzana. It was wonderful and very close.
07/10/2025: Great, very stylish accommodation in an old castle. Delicious food. The hostess, Paola, was super nice and told us a lot about the surrounding area and the origins of the food. Highly recommended. Oh, and in good weather, you can see all the way to the Alps.

18/05/2025: Arriviamo per caso in Bici in questo posto senza aver prenotato. Veniamo subito accolti da tutti con la massima gentilezza e disponibilità. Chiediamo la disponibilità di una camera per la notte e ci viene detto che avevano appena ricevuto una disdetta. Camera molto bella, grande e pulita. Cena eccezionale molto curata anche nella presentazione. La gentilezza di tutto il personale è la cosa che più ci ha fatto piacere. Posto fantastico ci torneremo sicuramente
07/04/2025: Come siano riusciti a creare una domanda del genere ha una sola risposta : bravi Prenotato a Novembre 2023 finalmente tocca a noi, locale ad un ora da Torino, molto curato nella mise en place e negli interni, 5 antipasti dove primeggia la carne cruda, plin molto buoni , risotto ben fatto , dei due secondi ho diviso solo la faraona croccante e gustosa il brasato non c'è l'ho fatta Tre dolci buoni anche qui primeggia il tartufo di cioccolato, abbiamo optato per delle bollicine e una barbera barricata per i primi Di solito mi lamento del coperto ,qui tutto compreso abbiamo speso 38 euro, con un servizio veloce e acqua a volontà Ci rivediamo il 7 /10/2026
