This historic restaurant on the right bank of the Ticino River is the perfect choice for those in Pavia looking for a lighthearted and relaxed atmosphere. In addition to the dishes and the excellent Oltrepò Pavese wine cellar, I'd also like to highlight the professional and friendly service. Welcoming place and very generous dishes. We tried the tasting menu and struggled to finish it due to the abundance of dishes. Kudos to Sebastiano, who was extremely kind and helpful and looked after us throughout the evening.

We celebrated my niece's graduation and had lunch with more than 10 people on a Tuesday, so we found a place with a room available. We received really good service and well-cooked food. The price/quality ratio was also good.

We had a truly wonderful meal, with excellent traditional dishes served in just the right quantities. Considering the price, I'd say it deserves top marks. The menu and wine list are more than reasonably priced. If you're curious about new dishes, take the opportunity to ask for recommendations on "Previ" specialties. Another very welcome aspect was the chef's recommendation for the right wine to pair with our dishes. Last but not least, the osteria's location in Borgo Ticino is noteworthy, almost overlooking the river with a beautiful view of Ponte Coperto.

This historic venue overlooking the Ticino River offers a comfortable atmosphere, family-style staff, and the utmost attention. Dogs are welcome, but they remain calm. An impressive selection of white and red wines, and qualified sommeliers are on hand. In short, a must-try.
