Last night we went to dinner at this restaurant. The place is nice, with tables spaced just right. The food is excellent! No complaints about the service. Thank you for a wonderful evening with good food.

A very trendy spot in Genoa Quarto. Top service, fantastic location (especially in summer). Bai's famous risotto blu is simply sublime. A very well-stocked wine list. Prices are high, but that's always the case; if you want excellence, you have to pay for it. A memorable culinary experience.

Osteria Del Bai, a historic restaurant in Genoa Quarto. Spacious and elegant. The tables are well-arranged and not "squeezed" together: in other words, you don't mind your neighbors' business... and they don't mind yours... The restaurant also offers outdoor dining on the sea-view terrace. Traditional seafood dishes of excellent quality, but also innovative cuisine. The renovated restaurant is very elegant. The dishes are very well prepared. The staff is friendly and attentive. A great staff.

Great menu and service. The room with the view has no air conditioning so on those over 30C evenings you may sweat a little. The Blue seafood risotto and Tiramiago were outstanding.

I chose this restaurant on the fly without a reservation. I was immediately greeted warmly and was very helpful. The food was very good (a revisited capon magro is a must-try). Mrs. Martina, a young waitress, was a real surprise. She took impeccable and discreet care of me. Her descriptions of the dishes were full of passion and detail. The service was all about kindness and a smile, which I greatly appreciated. It's worth a visit, and I'll definitely be back.
