A jewel courtyard enclosed in the alleys of the historic Ambivere; a place that feels like an oxymoron: ancient charm, but at the same time very modern. We tasted the 2025 gourmet menu, truly spectacular. The dishes are very carefully prepared and everything is self-produced, sophisticated and authentic flavors. The service is very attentive, a treat. Highly recommended!

Last night, the first day of spring and my birthday, we had dinner in this gourmet gem of the Bergamo area and we savored the Gurmantico menu which pleasantly enriched us with extraordinary flavors and full of care... Location caratteristica, inserita nel contesto di un vecchio cascinale ristrutturato e ben conservato. Gli interni sono suddivisi in due ambienti ben distinti di cui uno, quello dove abbiamo cenato più raccolto e destinato alle coppie. La sala risulta intima, accogliente e gradevole nel suo stile un po' retrò. Tavoli ben distanziati e mis en place minimal ma elegante e con importanti stoviglie di servizio. Per la cena abbiamo provato il menù degustazione "acqua" di 4 portate scelte dalla chef, nel quale abbiamo riscontrato, però,  alcuni eccessi di sapidità. Ottime le entries di benvenuto, tra cui l'aperitivo analcolico racchiuso in una piccola sfera gelificata, e la pasta ai fagioli borlotti e focaccia alla curcuma. Scelta non consueta e forse un po' azzardata ma che ha riscosso il nostro personale favore. Come antipasto è stata servita, tartare di  tonno piuttosto particolare accompagnata da un sorbetto alla senape: buona. Prima portata con gnocchi ripieni e scampo scottato, dove i gnocchi sono stati sublimi mentre gli scampi sebbene ben cotti, sono risultati estremamente sapidi. La seconda portata, il fritto si fa leggero,  invece ci ha delusi. Abbiamo percepito solo in parte questa leggerezza ma, soprattutto, il pesce presente nel piatto è stato al minimo sindacale rispetto alla parte vegetale. Non solo, anche in questo caso abbiamo trovato sbilanciata la sapidità.   Infine, il dessert di sfoglia con crema pasticcera: buono. Occorre dire che tutte le portate sono stati serviti con estrema attenzione all'aspetto estetico e con ceramiche di pregio. La cena è stata accompagnata da discreti  panificati prodotti in proprio. Carta dei vini con etichette conosciute e altre di nicchia: ricarichi piuttosto elevati. Il servizio si può definire "proprietario centrico" che, ad ogni modo è stato gentile, cordiale e presente, senza apparire invadente. Ciò detto, per la nostra esperienza, qualità prezzo piuttosto sbilanciata.
