We had lunch on a Tuesday, a traditional restaurant with a family atmosphere. Our choice was the fried gnocco and tigelle menu. The good fried gnocco done well, not greasy, soft when it cools becomes rubbery, the small tigelle crumbly not exceptional, cured meats of medium quality, even the cracklings tasted low. In accompaniment to the tigelle the donkey stew which was unfortunately a little dry with tender and hard parts (I would not have combined black olives which gave it a bitterish flavour). Excellent value for money, an experience worth trying

In una giornata di sole dopo le piogge mi sono gustato un lesso misto prima dell'arrivo dell'afa. Seduto all'esterno con la attenzione del simpatico proprietario mi sono gustato un buon lesso misto in cui solo il manzo mi ha un pò deluso (troppi nervetti ed abbastanza duro). Accompagnato dalle salsine ed un pò di discreto lambrusco sfuso, mi sono rilassato ed ho pagato una cifra ragionevole (26€ per lesso misto, salsine, tigelle come pane, acqua e quartino di vino). Approvato

Fermato lì al volo per una sosta di lavoro. Sono stato accolto con simpatica cordialità. Tigelle come pane, che inaspettatamente il titolare mi ha regalato per il viaggio. Gnocco fritto eccellente.

15/12/2024: Typical Modena restaurant that offers more quantity than quality. Dishes ok but nothing exceptional. Attentive and attentive service and a warm environment. Excellent bill and free parking conveniently available.

27/08/2024: The butler must have these heads Most of the tourists who come to eat at Cavalino are for the history of this place and when you kindly ask them before being served if it is possible to have a nice plate (ff) and if they are guarding the room where they ate the boss refused us all.. that immediately calmed us down. You know, we'll eat quickly. On the other hand, the servers are top notch....
