A true Piacenza trattoria! I'm happy to leave this review for the two ladies who served us, who were as friendly and genuine as the food they serve. We had a wonderful time and ate divinely, at a very fair price. Just a stone's throw from Grazzano V., highly recommended. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely be back! Thank you and congratulations.

Excellent home-style Piacenza cuisine!!! We chose this osteria for lunch before heading to Grazzano Visconti. I won't go into detail about the various courses, because—really!—I'd end up repeating myself: authentic and delicious dishes!! Personal note: I rarely put dessert first, but in this case... The ricotta cream and berry jam cake truly won my heart!!! A culinary experience, definitely worth repeating whenever you're in the Grazzano area.
P.S.: Altoè is a small, carefully maintained town, quiet, and home to a modest-sized manor house: it's worth a visit.

I was looking for a restaurant near Grazzano Visconti to celebrate Halloween 🎃 and....searching here, searching there, my eye falls on the Antica Osteria Al Cavaliere Nero in Podenzano....I read the reviews, all positive and say 'ok, let's go'....I book for 4, well....it was a real experience. Rustic and characteristic place, 10 out of 10...the quality of the food far exceeded my expectations not to mention the kindness and hospitality of the owners and the girls in the dining room...typical Piacenza cuisine of the highest level. Be careful: it's a place for many but not for everyone.....See you very soon dear "Cavaliere Nero".

Excellent experience at this restaurant. Very helpful staff. We made a reservation the day before, but they found us a spot even though the place was practically full. The food was high-quality and truly tasty. Perhaps I expected a larger portion of Aniolotti after seeing the reviews, but they were still delicious. Special mention goes to the desserts, all of them are truly delicious. They taste just like a Sunday family lunch cake.
Excellent bill.
They welcomed my little dog without a problem.
Highly recommended.

If a restaurant's primary quality is customer service, in my opinion, this has already won the Best Restaurant Award! Not only is the staff helpful, friendly, attentive, and even pleasant, but the dishes are exceptional, reflecting the local tradition. The atmosphere is a little chaotic due to the large number of customers, but that makes for a more homey feel. The complimentary wine bowl is appreciated. Highly recommended!
