Antica Osteria In Pragelato

This is really a place to go if you want to try something different and to experience food as it was before.

We had a truly memorable evening in Club Antica Osteria. The setting is dreamy and romantic - vaulted Ceilings, stone walls and a working fireplace, which provided both warmth and pleasant smell of burning wood. Beautiful candle lights and nice music (great accustics too) added to the experience. The host Roberto had designed the entire menu for the evening ( it's a set menu) and was serving the dishes with added information about them. It was a delicious 5 course meal, the portion sizes and quality of the food so good, that We managed to finish it all! overall, great food in a great setting and for once the world unigue will be appropriate.

We had dinner last Saturday and were welcomed by Roberto with the same warm hospitality that one reserves for friends at home. We immediately felt at ease, letting ourselves be guided into a truly exquisite dinner. Each dish, from appetizer to dessert, was not only delicious, but clearly expressed the attention to the use of quality raw materials. The venue is designed with attention to the smallest details, with a welcoming atmosphere and a truly charming fireplace that adds a special touch. Highly recommended both for an evening with friends and for a romantic dinner. We can't wait to return!

Roberto brings his experience of life and in the kitchen to the table, the menu includes courses and delicacies prepared with devotion and selected raw materials, somewhat surprisingly, the wines offered are also good. Even children can find something good, even if the menu is a little too abundant and particular for them. The bill is adequate, perhaps the "almost fixed" menu allows you to offer a lot of freshness and variety under 50 euros, and it is quite rare. Relaxing and warm, romantic atmosphere. We would happily return.

Everything was perfect! Amazing atmosphere our host was very pleasant and interesting, the food was excellent! Nothing was missing, not even originality. I'm going back with my eyes closed!

It is a magical place, a classic mountain restaurant with a Gigi fireplace and Carlotta putagé.. Excellent food, with the typical dishes of the Plan of the past, plus open by reservation with food cooked on the spot and therefore always fresh! Great music!

On Sunday evening my partner took me to Roberto's tavern, the place he calls home, his favorite place which is now mine too. He opens only by reservation, there is no menu but you eat what he chooses from time to time for his guests, needless to say that it was all delicious... background music, excellent selection of wines and all this in front of his fireplace. This splendid place fully reflects Roberto, whom I thank so much, but above all we can't wait to bring some dear friends.
