Loved the food! San Daniel ham is a must have, rabbit was super tender, fish dishes were perfect, bean soup excellent and heavy as it should be… and best tiramisu in town!
Wine cart is affordable and strongly representative of local wines!

So, after a quick visit to Trattoria Maddalena in Udine, I was simply thrilled by the excellent food. Absolutely fantastic! I've never eaten such good spaghettoni with sardines and an insalata mista (I'm 70 years old). The service was also highly professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work! Great food! 4 out of 4 dishes were magnificent. We had the fish of the day, octopus, lamb and rabbit + drinks. The price/quality ratio is simply superb!

The food is good but it is not the quintessence of Italian cuisine, something is missing, spices, more attention from the waiters, it is good but not perfect, nicely served

El menú tenía opciones tan apetitosas, por lo que era un poco difícil elegir qué comer. Pero terminamos compartiendo un plato de pasta de una calle, y consiguiendo nuestra propia comida principal - pulpo y cerdo.
Todo sabía delicioso, y el tamaño de las porciones era perfecto. El servicio era genial, y los precios eran razonables. Además, era un comedor cómodo donde se podía conversar fácilmente; eso fue especialmente agradable.

Ristorante davvero buono, a due passi dal centro. Fate attenzione alla ZTL, non ben segnalata. Bisogna parcheggiare fuori. Servono un pre antipasto fatto di due salse e pane croccante, molto buono. Primi buoni ed abbondanti. Buona carta di vini. Buono il dolce Gubana. Prezzi onesti rispetto a quelli praticati a Roma. Consigliatissimo
