I think it's the best butcher shop in Italy. Had a delicious meal with a glass of wine. There is also a terrace.

What a unique experience, you basically eat within the shop itself, surrounded by fine meat and real Italian prosciutto and salami. You got entertained by the picture that give you a glimpse of the history this place went through without missing the tradition and the quality. We recommend the taglieri with Italian focaccia, and please order the cheese, the pecorino cheese, sweet, aged and truffle one. Sublime. Obviously you can drink a selection of wine, local Chianti (what a blessing) and even others Tuscany wines. Please stop by.

Excellent wine paired with decent crostini. The tomato ones could have been "helped" a bit; they lacked appeal.

The schiacciata was good, the prosciutto delicate, and the pecorino cheese good. Generous portions and polite, professional staff. Touristy, but worth it. The tomato salad with onion and basil is highly recommended.
