We ate really well; all the dishes were well-prepared. The chestnut cream was delicious. Only one comment: the owners' arguments could be heard from the dining room.

We enjoyed Christmas lunch in a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed each course; we appreciated the sophisticated flavor combinations as well as the excellent wines. The service was welcoming, attentive, and courteous. We can't wait until next Christmas to return!

I spent Christmas lunch at Antica Locanda El Grio with my loved ones and it was a truly pleasant experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the traditional dishes were carefully prepared, and the flavors were authentic. The friendly and attentive service made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hospitality, with a reserved area for coats and personal items, a rustic yet well-kept atmosphere. The host welcomed us warmly from the start on a cool December evening. The menu features seasonal adjustments, which assumes fresh, local produce. The wine is self-explanatory in this area. The chef mistook me for Olly, and what can I say? We'll be back! Happy Christmas to your staff.

We stopped at this inn after a long mountain bike ride around the Soave hills. Despite the delay and our outfits, worsened by the mud, the manager welcomed us warmly, making us feel at ease and indicating a safe place for our bikes. The lunch exceeded our expectations; the dishes were refined, the house wine was good, and the Recioto Bianco served with dessert was excellent. Traditional coffee, made with an upside-down moka pot. Thank you for a wonderful day; we'll be back soon to share your cuisine with our wives.

Excellent dishes: the risotto with Soave wine and caciocavallo cheese was wonderful, light yet flavorful. The zucchini absolute with its crispy flower was also delicious, not to mention the sugoli tart, typical of this season. You could definitely taste it was homemade. Recommended!

07/01/2026: It was an excellent seafood restaurant, with an old-fashioned atmosphere, from the furnishings to the classical music in the background, unfortunately on December 31, 2025 it closed, not because of the management's will, but I think on the part of the owners...Sic!!!

06/01/2026: The wait was a bit long, but it was well worth it. We tried bigoli with sardines, bigoli with lake fish, and more. Everything was very good, and the portions were generous. Some dishes and desserts were imaginatively presented. The atmosphere was pleasant, both inside and out. The service was perfect.
26/12/2025: We had lunch at Osteria Lizzarola on Christmas Day and it was a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for the holidays, with attentive and consistently friendly service. The Christmas menu was meticulously crafted: traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Every course was a pleasant surprise, from appetizer to dessert. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A Christmas lunch that made us feel right at home, but with something extra. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
