A memorable dinner!
We tried the excellent cavolo nero soup, the spaghettioni with pecoringrana cheese, and the tordelli, all flavorful and excellent.
The highlight was the three Florentine steaks: incredibly tender and perfectly cooked.
The cuisine received top marks, but the courtesy also deserves a mention: the staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
A 5-star experience that I highly recommend!

Totally in love with this restaurant. The selection of cured meats and cheeses is top-notch. The creamy spaghetti in a cheese wheel was truly delicious. Next, we indulged in the goose leg, incredibly tender and flavorful. All the food was excellent, and the kitchen knows how to craft the finest ingredients. Special mention also goes to the wait staff: impeccable service, but above all, a kindness that is increasingly rare. The location is also beautiful! I will definitely be back.

One of the province's historic establishments, the service is high-quality, precise but not intrusive.
