A parte l'ambiente decisamente vintage, con perlinato alle pareti e la pietra nera dal passare del tempo, la cucina è di buon livello. Avrebbe bisogno di una buona "rinfrescata" agli ambienti che ogni volta che andiamo, sembrano sempre più tetri!

In Tuscany there is no shortage of taverns or elegant venues. However, it is rare to find a truly elegant osteria: the Antica Osteria di Sesto manages this balance perfectly.
The cuisine is the most authentic Tuscan cuisine, traditional but impeccably executed.
The environment is refined, sober and elegant, with a welcoming and never pretentious atmosphere.
The service is quick, courteous and efficient, with times really well managed.
The house wine is also excellent, which accompanies the dishes perfectly.
The quality/price ratio is unbeatable.
A special mention goes to the ability to welcome families with children,
In its category, it is difficult to find better.

A real favorite! We enjoyed pasta prepared in a pecorino wheel – delicious – as well as a steak with rosemary and black pepper, perfectly cooked and tasty. Each dish was prepared with care and full of flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm, with typical old-fashioned decoration which adds a lot of charm to the experience. An authentic place where you eat very well, to recommend without hesitation

Locanda caratteristica ad una decina di km da Lucca.
Piatti tipici della cucina lucchese e toscana davvero molto buoni...direi ottimi.
