Not a great experience. Let's start with the location, which definitely needs updating. When we got to our table, the glasses for the welcome aperitif were dirty, and one had half a centimeter of water in it. The waiter was nice and friendly, but he didn't know the tables. He kept passing dishes to us and the neighboring tables, but it was clear he didn't know where he was sitting. Food: The appetizer was truly unpleasant: a poorly made millefeuille of celery and bottarga. Pieces of bottarga were so large they became inedible. Swordfish tasted only of vinegar. The first courses were good. We finished quickly because it wasn't pleasant to stay. We asked for an amaro, and it arrived incorrectly and with crushed ice in it... Where on earth did that happen? I had high expectations... Too bad... you can't live on memories alone... Get some refreshers.

I've only been once, but it's definitely worth a look, because I honestly left wanting to try all the other dishes on the menu. The atmosphere is welcoming and transports you to the Cagliari of yesteryear...the good old days... The staff may seem formal, but no, they're a perfect blend of professionalism, friendliness, warmth, and Sardinian-ness that makes you feel immediately at ease. I don't recall a single criticism about the entire experience...or maybe I did...about my stomach, which wasn't big enough to try anything else... I'll definitely be back, certain that the impressions will only be confirmed or even improved. Thank you.

We chose Antica Hostaria for our company dinner, and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The setting is refined, welcoming, and perfect for large groups, with a pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The food was excellent: beautifully presented dishes, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors that satisfied everyone. The service deserves special mention: the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive to the needs of the guests, without ever being intrusive. An absolutely positive experience that we recommend for both business dinners and special occasions. Antonio and Claudio are true professionals. <3 We'll definitely be back! Also recommended for tourists who want to savor the delicacies of Sardinian cuisine.

22/10/2025: A week in the beautiful October Italian sun. This hotel is every bit as good as advertised. The welcome and genuine warmth of our hosts was simply perfect. This hotel has an authentic family feel, everyone truly cares and does everything they can to make sure their guests have a flawless stay. The breakfast, in a beautiful room ’pool side’ is great. Take a look at the hotel’s website, the ‘tropical’ feel is exactly as you imagine it to be from their photos. The location is also perfect… You can park your car just a few metres along the road, the same road that just an 800M stroll will take you to a beautiful beach, or in the opposite direction into the village where there are so many restaurants to choose from, lots of bars, a couple of supermarkets, a pharmacy… not to mention the gelato outlets..! This place has it all. If you have a car, and I’d recommend it, there are some breathtaking roads along the coast.. the views simply outstanding. If you are looking for a base in southern Sardinia, look no further than Hotel Su Sergenti. It’s perfect. Thank you to the team here for a wonderful stay in your beautiful hotel.
12/10/2025: A great hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Staff are consistently courteous and excellent at their jobs. The parking lot is a few steps away and can be opened with the room card. We would definitely book there again. The only thing is that the €25 beach chair with a towel is a bit pricey.

Trattoria da Angelo

29/10/2025: This seafood restaurant is highly recommended online and by acquaintances, but it's a bit overrated. The appetizers were plentiful, but, aside from the octopus, they were mediocre. The tomato flavor of the fregola pasta overpowered the seafood. The service was quick, but the interior was very crowded and noisy.
07/10/2025: Let's be clear: trattoria means "simple," which is very different from "sloppy" or, worse, "sloppy." So, at Angelo's, we have a simple but clean place with friendly, smiling staff. The menu features a few dishes based on the available catch, all extremely fresh and cooked with passion. The menu features a few labels, but quality ones, obviously local. Well done!
