The bucatini all'amatriciana are delicious: tasty sauce and crispy bacon; the carbonara, on the other hand, is creamy and light.

A friend recommended Antica Hostaria Romanesca to me, and I can't thank them enough! This restaurant is a true gem in the heart of Rome. The atmosphere is friendly, typically Roman, and the service is warm. I tried the pasta carbonara and gricia—a pure delight! You can tell the dishes are homemade, with fresh ingredients and lots of love. Located on the magnificent Piazza di Campo de' Fiori, the setting makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place not to be missed, and I will recommend it without hesitation!

We stopped by for lunch and the food is excellent. We ordered gnocchi with sausage and ribs, fettuccine with oxtail, carbonara. Everything tasted wonderful
