I dined here with my mother, and I have to say it's a typical old Milanese osteria: a retro atmosphere, simple dishes, well-cooked without being exceptional, but definitely good, and the staff is truly friendly. The price is truly surprising considering the price increases in Milan: €15 per person.

A classic old-time tavern, family-run, excellent home cooking, friendly service. At lunch they only offer first courses (homemade gnocchi or pasta with 5/6 different toppings) with a fixed menu, 1 first course, bread, water and coffee for 11 euros. Possibility of combining a platter of cold cuts or cheeses or mixed.

The best food we’ve had all holiday. A really nice independent authentic Italian restaurant. Would 100% recommend plus very good price €10 for pasta €2 for beer or wine

Wonderful place. They only have a daily menu, and the food is wonderful. We arrived without a reservation, but we waited 10 minutes and were seated. The owners are very kind and attentive. We felt very comfortable there. The best tiramisu I've ever had. I hope to return.

In Mailand mussten wir fast ein Ossobuco essen und hier gab es (für uns) den besten der Stadt. Die Pasta war auch sehr lecker. Gute Portionen und zu einem fairen Preis. Service sehr zuvorkommend und schnell. Kleines und einfach eingerichtetes Lokal. Unbedingt reservieren, da es oft ausgebucht ist. Absolut empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

la vera cucina milanese come facevano la mia mamma e la mia nonna. gli gnocchi soffici come quelli che io cucinavo con mia mamma in casa e il miglior ossobuco del pianeta. pochi piatti ma eccelsi. materia prima di altissima qualità a prezzi bassissimi. un ambiente veramente familiare: ormai siamo amici di ivano, ambra e paola, che ti accolgono proprio come fossi uno di casa. perfetto in coppia e con amici. gustosissimo ma digeribile. che dire: il posto dove io amo passare le mie serate fuori casa

30/08/2025: An excellent experience, a journey through Milanese cuisine. A tasting menu with wine pairings is highly recommended. Attentive, empathetic, and dynamic staff. A team of young but highly professional people, even in explaining each course. A simple atmosphere with refined and elegant details. The table setting, in my opinion, was tasteful. Background music, the touch of table lamps creating atmosphere. A perfect dinner. The occasion was a birthday. During the phone call, a month before, I had asked if a candle could accompany the last course, dessert. Last night, the dessert was brought to the birthday boy with the requested candle, a much-appreciated detail that made the evening even more enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff for making the experience memorable.
