Very good. Refined dishes, well-served in a quiet atmosphere. Seating is limited, so reservations are recommended. Prices are expensive but reasonable. Parking is a bit far, but that's the way it is in the center of Palaia.

I had the best gnocchi I've ever had in my entire life. The cuisine, the wine, the staff, the atmosphere are all top. Even the setting of Palaia, itself.

My husband, daughter, and I decided to spend our August 15th dinner at Antica Farmacia 2025, during our stop in Palaia after a trip to Corsica. We had high expectations, given the reviews we'd read, and I must say we can fully confirm them. Having been in the restaurant business for over 35 years, we understand the hard work, dedication, passion, and care that goes into every single dish. Highly recommended by our family and the Piedmontese catering company MyParty360 (see Instagram). Enjoy your experience!

04/11/2025: We chose a fixed menu for a lunch event. Everything was very good, with attentive and friendly service.
19/10/2025: Honestly great! It's definitely worth crossing the river! It's peaceful and the food is authentic! The staff is super friendly, we were alone and it's weird after the crowds at the tower.
