My boyfriend and I had dinner here for the first time and we were very satisfied. Definitely innovative and particular dishes, all well thought out. The 64° egg is definitely my favorite dish with the taleggio cream and lentils, fabulous! I was then surprised by the rooster roll with foie gras, melting and tasty, with a strange shape that resembles a cork! Definitely all curious and good dishes!

Very welcoming, quiet place, very kind, professional, very knowledgeable staff who pamper the customer. Excellent, original food, an explosion of flavours. High quality products, homemade bread and pasta, excellent wine with a wide choice. Thank you!!!!

We spontaneously decided to eat here and were very pleasantly surprised. Various dishes from the chef were served. We had a delicious (luxury) dinner.

A tiny restaurant in the small town of Palaia. A lovely greeting before being seated for dinner. The food was to a very high standard. Tuscany Pork meat starter, followed by a beautiful Tagliolini with ragu. A tasty wine list. This is a must visit restaurant.

10/10! We highly recommend to visit this restaurant. Even if it is a longer car drive. Best we ever had! Take the bone marrow! The peanut dessert was delicious too. Great and kind service.

08/01/2025: When I don't know where to go, I always choose the tavern. Simple restaurant, but of excellent quality, very generous portions, excellent value for money. The only advice is to book in advance because it is always full.
