Truly a pleasant experience. Everything was excellent starting from the entrée offered by the chef, and then continuing with dinner. An emotional journey for both the palate and the sight, dishes presented perfectly. Fast service and attentive to customer needs! Price appropriate to the quality offered. Sono tornato in questo ristorante a distanza di 1 anno, e nonostante il bel ricordo che avevo le attese sono state riconfermate a pieni voti, servizio impeccabile e un’ottima cucina locale e curata poco da dire una cena sublime, spero di poter tornare al più presto.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here for the first time and we were very satisfied. Definitely innovative and particular dishes, all well thought out. The 64° egg is definitely my favorite dish with the taleggio cream and lentils, fabulous! I was then surprised by the rooster roll with foie gras, melting and tasty, with a strange shape that resembles a cork! Definitely all curious and good dishes!

23/05/2025: We were drawn into this place because it looked inviting, cosy and had a nice vibe. We weren't expecting to call a halt to our bar crawl across Pisa, as we had a few more places to visit. The range of beers here appears to value quality over quantity, with each one being better than the last. The service was incredible and we were talking to the staff for a while, alas the drinks are quite strong, so maybe go for the "piccolo" rather than the "grande".
19/05/2025: Great place to have a beer and during night weekends there is a lot of people outside so it was great experience.

24/04/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere, a small corner that is friendly and classy at the same time. We ate here tonight for the first time in years and the quality is even better, excellent. Interesting menu offering with many vegetarian options, perhaps one of the few within a large area (excluding specific venues) Highest quality products and dishes that honor tradition with a mouth-watering taste. Careful and elegant plating, in an informal environment and truly impeccable service and great courtesy. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended
