We were thrilled with this place. Nothing is missing, the relaxing location in the greenery with soft music in the background, the owners and staff truly special people who pamper you without ever being intrusive, Saverio's culinary delicacies and the delicious desserts of Mrs. Chiara (the mother), the friendliness and availability of Pinuccia and Paola, everything made our weekend magical. A heartfelt thank you to everyone.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of having lunch in this beautiful place. We were welcomed with great care, being the first we were able to choose the table in front of the window with a splendid view. After an excellent appetizer we wanted to follow the owner's advice and try the truly excellent gramigna and onion soup. To finish, an amazing tartare. What can I say, congratulations, we will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!!!

Ancient 18th century farmhouse tastefully renovated... the apartments are a delight, clean and fragrant; the intimate restaurant with a spacious menu… all delicious The service was impeccable... I couldn't find a flaw! I recommend everyone to have a relaxing stay in this magnificent structure

Great place, elegant that gives satisfaction to the eye that looks at it. I went for lunch with friends and we were all satisfied. Traditional cuisine with some twists but without exaggerating, as I like it. Prices in line with what you eat. Sure I'll be back.

We stayed in this PARADISE for two nights. The price was adequate. The staff is kind, helpful, sociable and makes guests feel at home. Despite some reviews read on TripAdvisor I have to deny what was said about the truffle pasta. The very abundant truffle, the tagliatelle cooked to perfection and the scent of the mushroom made my mouth water. The aperitifs are phenomenal with focaccia, chips and lots of olives (too many which I don't like but highly praised by the person who was with me). We rented e-bikes to take a ride in the Modena hills and surrounding countryside. Excellent service that was not known about. The location is suggestive and ideal for weddings or for spending a weekend in peace, immersed in nature with a breathtaking view. The rooms are actually mini apartments (to reach them you have to climb several narrow stairs, but don't worry, there's an elevator). Possibility to stay with your pets. For those who love a hard bed they will be satisfied there! We were given lots of information on places to visit nearby both by bike and on foot. Better to dress comfortably and enjoy the opportunity to spend time surrounded by nature. Very clean and well maintained! Super recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with swimming pool in the Modena Apennines. Very charming old farmhouse in excellent condition with comfortable and functional rooms. We liked it and had a good time

Awesome place!!! Pure relaxation in a quiet environment and with a fantastic view. We spent a weekend in this facility and in addition to the tranquility we found excellent people! Saverio and his staff immediately made us feel like we were family! We stayed in a very welcoming (green) apartment with all the comforts. Dinner was also very good. Breakfast with a small buffet but all products homemade and delicious! We will definitely be back!! Thanks to Saverio and his family and his staff

We stayed one night in the beautiful blue apartment, thanks to a Smartbox. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, there were even glasses and beer mugs. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, in the evening we decided to have dinner at the restaurant and we ate very well. Breakfast consists of many tastings of homemade cakes, bread and jam. We couldn't have asked for anything better for a relaxing weekend.
