I discovered this property thanks to a Smartbox stay and it was a delightful discovery, far from the chaos of the city. The rooms are beautiful and well-kept, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

My favorite place! A place where you can turn off your mind (and your phone), enjoy the moment, and be pampered. That's how Saverio and all the people who work together to create moments of absolute relaxation make you feel. Today, aperitif by the pool... heated... 28°C water and 12°C wine, a perfect combination. This is also autumn in the Modena Apennines... 800 meters above sea level... Lunches and dinners with top-quality local products. Thank you for everything, and see you next time... we hope to see you soon for a dinner by the fireplace in the main house.

We stayed here thanks to Smartbox. Magnificent location with breathtaking views, qualified, super friendly, and ALWAYS AVAILABLE staff. Fantastic experience, plus the on-site restaurant is super stocked with delicious dishes. Highly recommended, shame about the road to get there, which is a bit inconvenient.

Four peaceful days in August in the Modena Apennine countryside. A swimming pool is available for guests staying overnight or having lunch or dinner.

I went for dinner, and the view alone was enough. The owners are very kind and helpful, and the food was delicious.

I rarely stop to write reviews for places I visit, except when they're really bad or truly excellent. This is the case with excellence. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a spectacular view and a warm welcome. From appetizers to dessert, nothing was out of place, starting with the kindness of everyone who instilled a sense of serenity and a wonderful passion for their work, followed by the impeccable quality of the dishes and the attention to both the ingredients and the presentation. The poolside setting was fabulous, with a truly breathtaking view, aided by the partly cloudy sky that created a movie-like atmosphere! I believe that at the end of the evening, after dinner, when you remain at the table chatting and laughing like crazy, remembering good times past, the magic of the place you're in is a fundamental part of it, and this marvelous setting surrounded by greenery did just that! Would I return? Absolutely, and soon! Thank you so much ❤️

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati proprio bene. Ci é stato dato un appartamento molto spazioso con cucina che si é rivelata utile. Il luogo é bellissimo e perfetto per rilassarsi. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la qualità del cibo del ristorante ( siamo stati a cena due volte di fila per quanto buono) e ogni membro del personale é stato cordiale e gentile. Consiglio l' esperienza. Inoltre, in auto si é a circa un' ora di distanza da Fanano e dalle cascate del Doccione che meritano di essere visitate.

Location spettacolare, con vista bellissima, un parco molto curato e una sala elegante ma che sa mettere a proprio agio. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati a partire dall'ottimo aperitivo (un cocktail al lambrusco originale, da provare) e per tutta la cena. Materie prime di qualità e piatti ottimi. Consigliato! Abbiamo anche passato la notte in uno dei loro appartamenti, dotati di tutto il necessario, letti comodi, giardino privato e a disposizione degli ospiti anche una piscina con vista sulla valle.
