I due nuotatori erranti sono capitati in questo ristorante in occasione del mercatino dell’antiquariato su consiglio della guardia al banchetto degli Alpini. Siamo arrivati dopo le 14:00 senza nessuna prenotazione: il locale era pieno con diverse persone in attesa e su cortese suggerimento abbiamo preferito continuare a gironzolare tra le bancarelle ancora per una mezz’oretta. L'ambiente è caratteristico ed elegante: alle pareti fanno bella mostra cimeli e fotografie verdiane e toscaniniane che hanno accompagnato gli ottimi piatti della tradizione: in primis, pisarei e fasò e la famosa picula ‘d caval. Personale gentile e attento: una breve chiacchierata al momento dell’onesto conto finale ha aggiunto sapidità a tanti ricordi su queste terre avite.

Beautiful rustic place but very well looked after... had a great meal... the lady who served us was very good and gave excellent advice... paid the right price...
