Excellent vegan food, with a choice of many dishes both as a starter, first course and second course. Comfortable environment and very kind staff. A beautiful discovery in Alessandria! I recommend the tasting menu to try different dishes.

1950s style venue with attention to every detail, delicious and spotlessly clean. The staff is wonderful, very kind and very attentive. The food is simply SUPERLATIVE, all delicious. We tasted several tastings, the carborava and the 3D printed meat, several desserts and how can we not mention the tiramisu, its fame precedes it, it's stellar! I also want to mention the beauty of the dishes and place settings. If I could I would give it 10 ⭐ and sum up this whole fantastic experience with the word: ADORABLE. Thank you!!!

I would have gladly given 10 stars, a very welcoming place, everything looked after down to the last detail and above all where you can breathe love for your work. Exquisite food, from appetizer to dessert and kindness in the service. I really hope to be able to return soon as I'm not from Alessandria.

Pleasant discovery in Alessandria! One of the best vegan restaurants I've tried.
A place with a refined and particular atmosphere, in a retro style that makes you feel at home.
The staff were friendly and super attentive.
To start I chose the arancino with saffron and "godino", really good and well fried.
As a first course, baked lasagna and these are also tasty and creamy.
Then I tasted the 3D printed vegetable meat (Redefine meat) which was truly amazing!
To finish, their famous tiramisu, which has nothing to envy of the traditional one.
The bill is in line with the quality of the food.
I will definitely return, curious to try other dishes.

Ho selezionato questo locale su TripAdvisor per fornire ad un amico indiano una buona scelta di opzioni vegetariane purtuttavia nella tradizione di questo territorio.
Bingo! Ingredienti di ottima qualità, menu ricco di opzioni per tutti i gusti, piatti ben preparati e ben presentati. Ambiente molto accogliente, informale ed ospitale. Servizio impeccabile. Lo raccomando. E - non è obbligatorio essere vegetariani o vegani per apprezzarne l’eccellenza. Fatevi guidare dal vostro gusto anche nel fare una scelta salutare 😉
