A throwback to the 1950s and 1960s, in terms of the restaurant's setting (with meticulous attention to detail), the background music, and the atmosphere—simple yet extremely welcoming. The dishes, all 100% vegan, are authentic, healthy, and delicious. The desserts deserve special mention, truly amazing in their deliciousness (I challenge any omnivore to tell the difference between them and the non-vegan versions).
In short: fair prices, friendly service, a charming and original atmosphere, and excellent food. You can also buy ready-made dishes to take away or make homemade ravioli and pasta, which you can then cook yourself.

Antica Casa Rava Restaurant is the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is unique and welcoming, and the staff is always very friendly. Yesterday we tried the pumpkin pie, and it was amazing. Highly recommended.

A very intimate and charming restaurant. Special dishes are available for vegans and vegetarians. Quality ingredients are used. Perhaps the desserts could be made a little sweeter, in the sense that they have names reminiscent of classic desserts, but since they don't use the same ingredients, the flavor isn't quite the same (I recommend calling them something else). However, the food remains good and alternative. Friendly and helpful staff, and free parking is available nearby. Prices are slightly above average. I recommend booking as there aren't many tables.

A small place with products on display under a glass counter, but a homey atmosphere. Some dishes are very good, like tiramisu and sweet carrots, while others are average. Still, it's a great option for those looking for something different from traditional Piedmontese fare. Worth a try.

Siamo stati a mangiare all'antica casa Rava domenica scorsa.
Intanto l'accoglienza gentile e premurosa della signora, la cuoca, ci ha piacevolmente colpito.
Io ho optato per un menù con 4 scelte; mio marito ha preferito scegliere 2 piatti singoli...
La cucina è ottima, gustosa, leggera ma soprattutto sana. Siamo abituati a mangiare vegano, pur non essendo lo, per motivi soprattutto di salute e questa gastronomia non ci ha affatto deluso. Ottimi anche il calice di Barbera che ha accompagnato i nostri piatti e il Tiramisù, per concludere degnamente il pasto.
Certamente ritorneremo quando nuovamente saremo in Piemonte, in zona di Alessandria, per una gita o piccola vacanza.
