Ingredienti di ottima qualità, menu ricco di opzioni per tutti i gusti, piatti ben preparati e ben presentati. Ambiente molto accogliente, informale ed ospitale. Servizio impeccabile. Lo raccomando. We went to this place on a Sunday at noon, we didn't have a reservation but they found us accommodation for an hour later. We had a great time, we opted for the tasting menu, an excellent opportunity to try more dishes. There we found everyone well looked after and good; a particular appreciation for the choice of proposals, in particular because they are vegan proposals but which can certainly meet everyone's taste. The place is welcoming, small and has a family atmosphere. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a good vegan restaurant, here it is!! The atmosphere recreated is reminiscent of the canteens of the 60s or your grandmother's house, the food is really tasty and very good. The tiramisu is super recommended: it is very reminiscent of the original, with the advantage of being lighter!

Welcoming place, warm environment with very polite and professional wait staff, smiling and appropriately informal. The delicatessen window invites you to taste. Personally, I cook and eat vegan several times a week, so the following is not intended to be a negative criticism but a personal story of the experience I had at this place. I found the dishes to be unbalanced in taste. I would have liked more vegetables in the various dishes and less spices or salt. For example, I found the spring roll to be a concentrate of soy sauce. I really appreciated the vegan frankfurter, and even more so a lavender mousse which was a garnish for the very famous vegan tiramisu, which unfortunately I didn't agree with this fame. The choice of decaffeinated coffee is, in my opinion, a shot in the foot by the kitchen, furthermore there was no balance between cream and biscuits and it was rather stingy in flavour. But these are my personal tastes, I don't want to be an asshole and precise. I noticed a lot of passion and attention, but also ability. The artisanal pasta is well made and cooked well (even if I personally don't like the cooking found in the restaurant). The idea of ​​carborava is a clear reference to carbonara, not in flavor but in aesthetics, very creamy and appetizing even if, in this case too, the flavor of saffron is delicate. Almost absent... the place has many admirers, and I understand why, love, passion for raw materials and education. Unfortunately I love cooking vegan in a different way. Closing note, a dish that I particularly disliked was not added to the bill (personal taste). Good quality wine list and also discreetly stocked. Average prices (rather high, but it's not the restaurateurs' fault, but rather the cost of living and low salaries in this poor Italy).

For me, who isn't from Alessandria, when I find myself in the area and think about where to have lunch, I think of "home" because that's how it feels in this place. The counter with the products in sight only makes the food more inviting and also makes you understand the authenticity of the products. The site is constantly updated on current news. The staff is super prepared and friendly, one more reason to return. PS bagna cauda is SPACE, if it were up to me I would want it on the menu all year round (or the recipe 😂)

A great menu that allows for good explorations of flavors and spices, we were guided to explore and the experience was positive despite the rap. Medium-high price quality. The vegan equation solved with great satisfaction! Well done!

Definitely the best vegan restaurant I have ever tried. The environment is refined and refined, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is nothing short of superlative, the ingredients are of the highest quality and each dish has a unique flavour. I recommend trying the carborava, the stonato and the cheesecake, they are fantastic. Casa Rava is not just a lunch or dinner, but a real experience.
