Highly recommended. There's always a "surprise menu" that truly lives up to its name. The chef/owner is a master of her craft. Above all, she's an artist when it comes to using and processing natural flavors. The ambiance is perfect, and the service is very pleasant and professional.

Great experience: food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. The chef is superb. I recommend it.

What can I say: everything was excellent...from Mrs. Sabina to her colleagues who kindly and with personality served us, each course a surprise...which we all enjoyed (there were 9 of us). I visited this restaurant for the "Chef for a Day" initiative. It was an unforgettable experience. Working in the kitchen of such a caliber chef was a special opportunity. The food was excellent and top-quality, all freshly prepared and delicious. The service was impeccable from the waitress Alessandra and the excellent collaboration with the assistant chef Naile. An experience I will never forget! 💕

A stunning restaurant where chef Sabina, despite seating only a few people, manages to interact with guests without ever being intrusive. The surprise menu is a real treat; the chef takes risks, but the dishes are perfectly executed. Cauliflower risotto with licorice or Gorgonzola mousse with pumpkin seeds and baked pear... truly TOP! All the dishes have truly intriguing pairings. The portions are just right. Each dish is a journey, paired with excellent wines. All at a very fair price. €35 per person for the menu offered is truly affordable. The chef works with passion, and it shows. Highly recommended.
