I'd heard very positive reviews, and indeed, I can only leave a glowing review! First of all, the intimate atmosphere and the fact that everyone eats the same menu creates a magical, almost homey atmosphere; nevertheless, the service remains excellent, always attentive, kind, and discreet. Not knowing what you'll eat is a real advantage for me; there's no problem choosing, and it adds that touch of curiosity that makes you appreciate the food even more. The quality of the dishes is superb, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, and if I'm not mistaken, I've also read that they use many locally sourced ingredients. As a final treat, the coffee served from a large moka pot brings back a bygone ritual, reminding us that life should be savored slowly. My compliments for the passion you convey, and we'll definitely see you again!

A lovely evening. Welcoming atmosphere, prompt, professional, and friendly service. The surprise fixed menu changes every night. Excellent dishes, never banal, and beautifully presented. Although we're not exactly passing through, we return once a year, which says a lot about how much we love the Antica Cartiera's relaxed and informal atmosphere, its excellent cuisine, and its courteous service. The chef is available to meet any needs and makes the experience of every diner, even the most "difficult" ones (like myself), always superb!

We had lunch this afternoon at Antica Cartiera. A lovely surprise from the starter to the dessert. Very good food with lots of delicious flavors. An exquisite dessert!!! Thank you for this wonderful time and the cheerfulness of the owner, a very charming and passionate lady!!!

Had lunch here with friends didn't know much about the place before my visit as was booked by friends. I got a little shock when I heard the menu was a surprise but it was an amazing experience. We had 5 different courses and each one was as spectacular as the next. The host was the sweetest woman who does all the cooking along with two other women. You can see straight into the kitchen from your table and she explains what each course is as it's brought out. The decor in the restaurant was stunning and it was by far my best food experience in many years. I would most definitely return and I highly recommend anyone to try it as it's a unique experience with amazing food.

Siamo capitati in questo ristorante quasi per caso, durante un weekend fuori porta, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dal menù: piatti saporiti e ricercati, particolari senza essere troppo strani. Non hanno sbagliato un piatto, il servizio è stato cortese ed efficiente, il locale è ben curato. La ciliegina sulla torta è il prezzo contenuto del menù. Complimenti allo staff!
