Antica Cartiera - Trattoria Moderna In Pella

A pleasant discovery. We were in Pella for a motorcycle ride with friends. Found it online, very curious, but everything was up to par.

An excellent gourmet experience at this small restaurant (capacity: about twenty people), with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. There's no à la carte menu, but rather a surprise tasting menu, designed by the chef, consisting of a dozen or so small dishes, ranging from appetizers to dessert, plus moka pot coffee (included). Each dish showcased carefully selected ingredients and meticulous presentation, and was explained by the friendly waitress. At €45, it's a culinary experience I highly recommend to anyone in the area, without having to shell out ridiculous amounts for Michelin-starred restaurants. The wine (an excellent Erbaluce sparkling wine) was also a pleasant surprise and reasonably priced.

Recently renovated and further improved. The food is priceless; you have to let yourself be carried away by the chef's imagination, who offers an ever-changing menu. We will continue to frequent it.

Highly recommended! The food is excellent, the menu is constantly evolving, and the food and preparation are always fresh.

We went to this trattoria recently to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I wasn't familiar with the restaurant; a colleague recommended it to me, describing it as a lovely place with excellent service and food. He was right. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and both the owner, Sabina, and the girl who served us (Alessandra), were truly kind. The service was impeccable; they decided on the menu, so they brought the dishes from appetizer to dessert, asking beforehand if there were any intolerances. We chose the 4-wine tasting, so they brought us different wines with the dishes. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. I'll post some of the dishes from the menu :) We'll definitely be back 😍

The absolute culinary experience!!! Sabina and her team are the best!! Different ingredients create sublime dishes... food that evokes EMOTIONS, with every course... I've never been disappointed by their cuisine, in fact, I went there on Thursday evening with my husband and we agree that they managed to raise the bar even further... which for me was already sky-high!!! Sabina, like Ratatouille, manages to create explosions of flavor!!! Excellent quality, kindness and an intimate atmosphere make this place my favorite!!!

We discovered this place by chance, while searching for a place to dine near Orta. Our expectations were high even before we went, but they were significantly exceeded. The atmosphere is very charming, well-decorated, and not overly large. The staff is friendly, with a super-friendly chef. A special mention for the food...you're guided on a journey where every dish, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, blends perfectly with the others...I can't wait to return to the area to discover new dishes and pairings. Excellent value, top-notch quality for a truly negligible price.

Without a doubt- one of the very best dining experiences we have ever had…anywhere. Do not miss this wonderful place if you are anywhere in the vicinity.

A unique place, owner, and staff. Michelin stars wouldn't be enough to fully appreciate the evening we spent there. Bravo.
