Fantastic experience today's menu 6 dishes and 4 different wines and of course coffee to finish 57 eur total. Can definitely be recommended to anyone who appreciates a good food experience. Remember to reserve a table, otherwise you will be turned away we were there in the afternoon when they were doing the preparations in the kitchen, lovely reception and chat.

An excellent restaurant serving "unconventional" cuisine. The menu is designed by the chef and is a surprise, all accompanied (if desired) by a wine tasting to accompany each dish. Kudos to the staff.

Sabrina and her team do an amazing job of a tasting menu with wine pairing. The food is not only excellent. It is creative and fun. This is not merely a great place to visit if you're in town. It's a destination worth a trip on its own!

We went to Antica Cartiera last night. It was a wonderful experience with a surprise menu. Everything was delicious and prepared with great care. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we greatly appreciated Chef Sabina's attention to every customer, especially given the limited number of tables. Excellent value for money! We'll definitely be back!

A pleasant discovery. We were in Pella for a motorcycle ride with friends. Found it online, very curious, but everything was up to par.

An excellent gourmet experience at this small restaurant (capacity: about twenty people), with a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. There's no à la carte menu, but rather a surprise tasting menu, designed by the chef, consisting of a dozen or so small dishes, ranging from appetizers to dessert, plus moka pot coffee (included). Each dish showcased carefully selected ingredients and meticulous presentation, and was explained by the friendly waitress. At €45, it's a culinary experience I highly recommend to anyone in the area, without having to shell out ridiculous amounts for Michelin-starred restaurants. The wine (an excellent Erbaluce sparkling wine) was also a pleasant surprise and reasonably priced.

Recently renovated and further improved. The food is priceless; you have to let yourself be carried away by the chef's imagination, who offers an ever-changing menu. We will continue to frequent it.
