The idea of having no idea what you will eat might be strange and some might turn up their noses. But it is enough to sit calmly and start with the first course to forget about the (false) problem and be pampered by unusual proposals, which do not necessarily want to surprise but are the result of careful reflection on flavors and combinations. The place is functional, without too many concessions to aesthetics. The cook and her collaborators are kind, smiling and attentive to every need. Absolutely satisfactory quality/price ratio (to judge, find the references on the site). Overall, an excellent experience, to be recommended and repeated.

Siamo tornati a provare uno dei "menù a sorpresa" di questa mitica chef, veramente formidabile!
Il menù cambia sempre, seguendo la stagionalità dei prodotti, e sempre ispirato al territorio, vini compresi.
E' un vero piacere scoprire le molteplici declinazioni di materie prime semplici che diventano creazioni raffinate, cucinate con misura e fantasia, da gustare in un ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente.
Bella la vetrata con la cucina a vista, un particolare che apprezzo.
Il servizio efficiente, e la presenza della chef, Sig.a Sabina, che riempie la sala con il suo sorriso, danno di questo ristorante un plus notevole.
Non ultimo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo: due antipasti, un primo, un secondo, dolce e caffè, acqua e coperto a 35 euro!!
Alla prenotazione ci è stato chiesto se avevamo intolleranze, scelte particolari, ecc., dettaglio non trascurabile.

What can I say other than: Wow!
The restaurant has an open kitchen, which is fascinating as it is wonderful in a restaurant to see the preparation and care of each course.
Chef Sabrina offers a surprise tasting menu for all diners in which there is care and attention for every intolerance, allergy and "need" of each diner, for example a pregnant woman. They use 0 km raw materials and this can be felt on every dish as well as the care and choice of wines that chef Sabrina offers: local wineries and quality wines.
It is an intimate venue, and this allows the chef to work as best as possible on the dishes, on the 5 courses and to let everyone experience the culinary experience she had in store for us.
It has become one of our favorite restaurants for my husband and I.

Torno sempre volentieri, questa volta con amici di Sabato sera.Oltre al cibo che è sempre una squisita sorpresa, l'ambiente è accogliente, sempre curato, la padrona di casa è fantastica.
