You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant with our family and were extremely satisfied. The atmosphere is simply fantastic: welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a lunch with friends. The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!
