We stopped for a quick, light lunch for two. Torta al testo with chicory and sausage, eggplant parmigiana (baked), and a touch of warm focaccia with olive oil and rosemary. Everything was impeccable, as was the service (which was also friendly and courteous). Plus, dining outside in the warm late-December sun is a real treat. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful moment in mid-November, just the two of us on the sunny terrace, enjoying a meal worthy of the finest Italian chefs and a glass of excellent Montefalco wine.

I had lunch at the outdoor tables. We had a large platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses, very good warm focaccia, a glass of excellent Sagrantino DOC, and a good Montefalco red. There were some lovely giant outdoor fans, and Csenia, our hostess, served us very politely and quickly. I highly recommend this place; eating in Montefalco's main square is truly charming.

11/01/2026: A small restaurant located just a 15-minute walk from the Duomo. Founded in 1911 according to an inscription on the wall. Interior: Simple but tasteful. Old ceiling with character. A large mural covering one entire wall. Tablecloths add charm. I give it a solid 4 for good vibes. Service: Everything was excellent. Professionally handled. Another 4 here. Cuisine: Outstanding. Delicious dishes beautifully presented. 5 from 5 Average bill per person: Around €50 including wine. Overall impression: Liked it very much. The only surprise was that we were the sole guests on Sunday evening. This place clearly deserves more attention. It seems odd to read reviews complaining about high prices. These are standard rates for a decent restaurant in Milan. An appetizer costs roughly €15, while main courses hover around €20.
02/01/2026: A lovely old restaurant on a quiet side street. The food was good, the service only adequate insofar as the owner personally attended to our guests. Unfortunately, the restaurant is significantly overpriced. Therefore, only 3 stars. My recommendation: There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer comparable food and better service for half the price.
