Antares In Cefalù

The dishes were very good, but the wait for them was over an hour. The order taker forgot about our dish. Serving the dishes separately... that's unacceptable... but I still recommend it... But the Aperol is the best in Sicily 😉

I highly recommend it! The best pizza I've ever had, and it has a wonderful view.

It's obvious this place caters mainly to tourists, but I have a feeling they'll consider their guests complete culinary novices 😉 We wanted something light – I had a salad with shrimp and salmon, my husband had tuna carpaccio. From the look of the plate, I knew it wouldn't be good… My salad had a little salmon, a few cocktail shrimp (icy, as if just taken out of the water), a few cherry tomatoes, corn, and at the bottom… water. Zero seasoning, zero flavor. Only the salmon was edible, but not impressive. My husband had a similar experience – a mountain of iceberg lettuce and a few slices of still-frozen tuna. I understand everyone can season it their own way, but in my case, it was just vegetables thrown into a bowl. I definitely don't recommend it; it's a waste of time and appetite.

All dishes are also available gluten-free – perfect for people with celiac disease. The food was really delicious and the service was excellent. We've been here twice and can highly recommend it.

Good lunch on the way into Cefalu

Excellent restaurant on the Cefalù seafront! We had an amazing pizza, but they also do fish!

Absolutely negative experience. We ordered the tasting menus and the portions arrived very small. Pasta with aubergines and swordfish seemed like pasta with only tomato sauce. The second course arrived with 2 tasty prawns, a meatball and half a slice of swordfish. The lady at the cash register, I believe, was the owner and was really kind and friendly. I would like her to think again about increasing the price by charging a little more for this menu, making the customer happier.

Such a cool place with so much character, food is amazing, the views are spectacular there are at least 4 levels and the whole area is cool
