In an era where food is more about representation than taste, here we find dishes of the highest quality, without too many iconic frills, but with very interesting combinations.
The menu description, a nursery rhyme passed down from father to son, from Pino to Claudio, is pure poetry: "Mushroom and chestnut soup, Schiaffone with artichokes, Tortelli with meat sauce, Polenta with mushrooms, Chestnut tagliatelle... Peposo, Tripe, Rabbit, Suckling pig with small pears."

I'm writing this review fresh from dinner, a truly unforgettable dinner! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, with great attention to the customer's well-being. We had pici with ragù and mushrooms, which were simply spectacular. We continued with a perfectly cooked and flavorful tagliata with mushrooms, but a special mention goes to the second course they offered, a baked cheese with porcini mushrooms and truffle: SPECTACULAR. We finished with amberjack, a typical local dessert, very delicious, a real treat. In short, it's definitely worth it, the quality is truly top-notch.

Excellent food, homey atmosphere. The customer service approach needs rethinking. If you verbally describe the menu without providing a price list, you're implying that these are osteria-style. Leaving with a €40 bill per person after only ordering half portions, at their instigation (no dessert, only a main course, and only half a liter of house wine), is truly unfair.
