One of my favorite restaurants in the world. Tradition, food, culture. A must-see for anyone passing through or visiting the Val d'Orcia. Price, food, professionalism, and friendliness are top-notch.

It's hard to find a restaurant these days where the dishes are good from start to finish. Well, this is the restaurant where the exception proves the rule!! You just have to take their advice!! Everything was truly excellent!! My only regret: not having discovered it sooner!!

My boyfriend and I ate here on Valentine's Day by pure chance... the food far exceeded our already high expectations, based on the reviews we'd read. We sampled the trio of first courses... each more spectacular than the last: chestnut and mushroom soup, radicchio-filled pasta, and pici with turnip greens... we were really full, but they didn't want to deprive us of the second courses, so we returned on Sunday for lunch, reserving that same evening... the second courses (suckling pig and wild boar) were equally excellent, tasty, with strong and decisive flavors yet delicate and not cloying. In addition to the excellent food and wine, the atmosphere is comfortable; we felt like we were at home; the staff was friendly, friendly, fast, and professional. A truly excellent experience, we'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu; we've returned to Rome with wonderful memories!! Congratulations, truly ❤️
