We returned to Anima after a while. Maria Lucia, the owner, together with her staff, welcomes us with the usual cordiality that makes you feel at home immediately .... And her smile immediately puts you at ease to order, after enjoying an excellent aperitif ...

I couldn't help but return to Anima after the recent changes in management that brought a brilliant chef and a fantastic new team to complete Maria Lucia's vision. For me, going there is easy because Nusco is the small town where my family lives and where I return every time I am in Italy. The culinary and sensory journey I took yesterday is difficult to explain with words but the photos speak for themselves. Simple ingredients put together in a divine way, classic dishes revisited without ostentation, attention to km 0 and the change of offer in line with availability and seasons. You should give yourself a gift and go to Anima at every menu change :) Thanks and see you soon

Intrigued by the arrival of the new chef Emilia Damaso and the many enthusiastic stories, I decided to try the new menu in person.
Each dish is a sensory journey, with attention to detail and full of flavor. From appetizer to dessert, everything was exceptional, but the real triumph was the cannoli with Carmasciano ricotta: a perfect ending. In the room you can breathe authentic courtesy, kindness and a rare friendliness. An experience to be lived slowly, with taste and gratitude. And as if that were not enough, it is located in a charming little square in Nusco, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Restaurant located at the entrance to Nusco.
Traditional Irpinia dishes with fresh and genuine ingredients. I had a very good spring salad with peas, broad beans, asparagus and artichokes. For the second course a braised beef with Aglianico cooked very well. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. To return.

Ristorante al centro di Nusco parcheggio facilmente reperibile locale moderno e si nota una certa ricerca nei dettagli cucina a vista prodotti di qualità abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi si nota una ricerca nei prodotti locali di ottima qualità iniziamo con il carpaccio di carne squisito poi la pasta con ragù, paccheri con pesce e un altro che non ricordo perché il menù cambia e ci sono novità accompagnato da un ottimo Fiano servizio gentile e professionale prezzo ottimo per quello che abbiamo preso un grazie a tutto lo staff
