Excellent dinner. A journey of flavors for the taste buds with each dish. Quality, seasonal produce. Vegetarian options. Thank you for the welcome and all the thoughtful touches. The setting is also very beautiful and welcoming.

Incuriosito dall’arrivo della nuova chef Emilia Damaso e dai tanti racconti entusiasti, ho deciso di provare di persona il nuovo menù.
Ogni piatto è un viaggio sensoriale, curato nei dettagli e ricco di sapore. Dall’antipasto al dolce, tutto è stato eccezionale, ma il vero trionfo sono i cannoli con ricotta di Carmasciano: un finale perfetto. In sala si respira cortesia autentica, gentilezza e una simpatia rara. Un’esperienza da vivere con lentezza, gusto e gratitudine. E come se non bastasse si trova in una suggestiva piazzetta a Nusco, uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia.

I couldn't help but return to Anima after the recent management changes that brought a brilliant chef and a fantastic new team to complete Maria Lucia's vision. For me, going is easy since Nusco is the village where my family lives, and I return every time I'm in Italy. The culinary and sensory journey I took yesterday is difficult to explain in words, but the photos speak for themselves. Simple ingredients combined in a divine way, classic dishes revisited without ostentation, attention to zero-miles and the changing menu in line with availability and the seasons. You should treat yourself and go to Anima every time the menu changes :) Thank you and see you soon!

Intrigued by the arrival of new chef Emilia Damaso and the many enthusiastic reviews, I decided to try the new menu for myself.
Each dish is a sensory journey, meticulously crafted and bursting with flavor. From appetizer to dessert, everything was exceptional, but the real triumph was the cannoli with Carmasciano ricotta: a perfect finale. The dining room exudes genuine courtesy, kindness, and a rare warmth. An experience to be enjoyed slowly, with flavor, and gratitude. And as if that weren't enough, it's located in a charming little square in Nusco, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

We returned to Anima after a while. Maria Lucia, the owner, and her staff welcomed us with their usual warmth, making you feel right at home... and her smile immediately puts you at ease when you order, after enjoying an excellent aperitif...
The dining room is very well-kept and refined, which immediately makes you think that Anima
is always the right choice!
From appetizers to dessert, including the wines,
it's all a riot of unique flavors...
Happy and ready for another appointment.
Highly recommended... We'll be back soon.

Restaurant located at the entrance to Nusco.
Traditional Irpinia dishes with fresh and genuine ingredients. I had a very good spring salad with peas, broad beans, asparagus and artichokes. For the second course a braised beef with Aglianico cooked very well. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. To return.

Come sempre, come tutti gli Slow food che ho visitato anche questo ristorante Slow food e’ qualcosa di meraviglioso eccezionale, sublime con delle bontà davvero uniche complimenti per tutto dall’accoglienza alle materie prime alla preparazione dei piatti, ci ritornerò molto presto. Top
