28/02/2026: We went to Le Gourmet in Sperone and had a truly wonderful experience.
The staff was friendly, professional, and immediately made us feel at ease. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, one of those places where you instantly feel at home.
We chose a rich and varied appetizer: fried cod and broccoli rabe (crispy on the outside and soft on the inside), sea bream with escarole and Acerra "dente morto" cannellini beans (delicate and well-balanced), leek and potato flan with Castelmagno and mace (creamy and fragrant), and a mini sandwich with pulled beef, caciocavallo cheese, and crispy onion, delicious and full of character.
For our first course, we had the risotto with walnuts, anchovies, black garlic, and Fiano sauce: creamy, enveloping, with fantastic textures.
For our second course, the cod alla pertecaregna 2.0, a truly successful reinterpretation of tradition.
We finished with the mandarin dessert, truly amazing.
Excellent ingredients, great attention to quality and local produce. It's a place that has won our hearts.
