It's the 6th. time I've been coming since 2017, I hadn't left comments but it deserves it. UNMISSABLE place to eat very well, do not expect luxury but quality, Ferrucho is a gentle man who recommends the best from his kindness and joy. Unmatched food in the area. These places are what mark the visit to Subiaco. Congratulations to this place for maintaining its quality.

It's the second time I've been to this place after years and absolutely nothing has changed. Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices. It's a real pleasure to eat here... clean environment, normal portions. For me the dish par excellence is handmade strozzapreti with porcini mushrooms, a pinch of chilli pepper and it's flying!!! Even the lamb had the right smell to represent that type of meat, all tasty and light at the same time! I'll be back before I wait too long! Well done and thanks! 🥰

This restaurant was the stop on the visit to Subiaco and its monasteries. The food is good and the service too, it improves the environment a little but let's not focus too much.

Discovered by chance it was booked at the last second but they still reserved a place for us. Excellent food, really good homemade pasta, very delicate ravioli and sublime rabbit hunter. Fast attentive service and excellent value for money.

Abundant and delicious food, excellent service! The restaurant belongs to a hotel close to the Santa Escolástica Sanctuary. Easy access location and free parking.

4 stelle meritate, la pizza è buona e fina, il luogo è molto accogliente. Io in questo ristorante ho assaggiato i piatti primo e secondo,le pizze e i dolci; e devo dire che è tutto molto buono.

Ristorante casareccio, si mangia benissimo e i prezzi sono contenuti. Abbiamo mangiato un primo, fettuccine e porcini (fantastici), idem la lasagna! Ottimi gli antipasti e il tiramisù della casa. Torneremo!

30/08/2024: We ordered three pizzas for four people, and we were all very satisfied. the pizza was incredibly tasty, with a light and well-cooked dough. the ingredients were fresh and tasty, a real pleasure for the palate. We will definitely be back to taste these delights again!
28/08/2024: I really recommend this vibey place, to eat or even for a drink. The place is looking good. My bf ate a lasagne, he liked it, I ate an avocado, octopus and tuna salad, which I loved. And the tiramisu was so creamy, and the biscuite on top was so good for the creamy texture.

30/11/2024: A really nice surprise! Delightful place, delicious food (I had the tonnarelli with seafood and the tiramisu, both exceptional) and well-trained staff. I will definitely be back 🥰
15/11/2024: I have had the pleasure of dining at Daddy's Bistrot several times and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. The quality of the food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and very fresh ingredients. Each course was an explosion of flavours! The welcome was warm and the staff were always attentive and helpful, making us feel at home. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasant, elegant but at the same time welcoming. Furthermore, the wine selection is excellent and accompanies each dish perfectly. I highly recommend Daddy's Bistrot to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience. I can't wait to go back!
