The food was great but the service was horrendous. Me and my family were left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for a waiter to serve us. But as the air got hotter and we got thirstier we were ignored and snubbed by employees

We absolutely loved this Italian restaurant – I've had by far the best pizza I've ever had here! Crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and simply perfectly prepared. We were so impressed that we went back a second time during our stay. The value for money is also excellent – ​​fair prices for really good quality. The only minor downside: the service wasn't consistently friendly, and the female staff in particular seemed a bit reserved. Nevertheless, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives – if you love good pizza, this is the place for you. We would definitely go back!

A huge disappointment... the food was average. For example, my meat was rubbery, and my husband's plate had three shrimps for a surf and turf pasta. The prices aren't excessive, but the reception was extremely closed and cold. There were a lot of people serving, and they all looked glum. We were even hesitant to leave after the aperitif. This doesn't at all represent the general hospitality of Sicilians. Then the meal was slow; we waited 30 minutes for the bill and asked the same server three times. Recommended by the "Guide du Routard," I'm going to write to them so they can update their advice.

03/07/2025: I have been going there often for years. It recently changed management but the quality has remained at the top. But the difference is made by the professionalism and availability of the guys in the dining room. Very attentive to everything. I celebrated a birthday with the Spanish family and many children at the table. So it is a pleasure to dine out. Thank you!!!
03/07/2025: Magna Roma is an excellent choice for lovers of authentic Italian food. Their Roman-style pizza is light, crispy, and full of flavor, and the freshly made pasta stands out. The atmosphere is warm and modern, ideal for a casual dinner or an outing with friends. The service was fast and friendly. Don't leave without trying the tiramisu: simply spectacular. We will definitely be back!
