A'nica Ristorante & Pizza Gourmet In Palermo

Very nice! We received a very warm welcome and the food was delicious. We had a very pleasant time. I recommend it!

The sardine noodles were good and worth trying.

This was our first meal in Palermo. The food and house wine were wonderful, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the ambiance was delightful. We enjoyed it so much that we went back two more times during our stay.

My waitress was not friendly. She came to the table once to take my order, saying “ready?” And that’s the only interaction I had with her, besides her making a visibly negative face and considering not accepting me because I was alone. When I clarified I had a reservation, she had no choice. The rest of the staff was kind and welcoming, helping me out the rest of my meal and helping me take my leftovers to go. The pizza had too many ingredients so it was soggy and hard to eat, and the Parma ham was extremely salty (which means it’s probably cheap because salt is preservative). BUT the ambiance is amazing, the rest of the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the flavors and recipes were great. All in all a subpar experience, but this place has tons of potential. Train your servers how to give a table a comfortable and welcoming dining experience, and this will make a huge difference.

The pizzeria is nothing special, a bit pricey for what it is. The street is pleasant because it's fairly quiet. The service isn't amazing.

The restaurant is conveniently located near the Giardino dei Giusti. The place was very busy, and the service suffered, appearing a bit disorganized. The pizzas seemed Neapolitan-style, but they looked a bit overpriced and soft, so we avoided them. The appetizer and main course were average: good, but not memorable. Overall, a decent experience, but room for improvement.

Lovely atmosphere and pizza was very good. Lowered rating for service. We reserved for 7 pm, seated immediately but waited at least 20 minutes for our order to be taken despite the restaurant being about 1/3 full. Had to flag a server to get attention. Female server haughty and unfriendly.

We visited this restaurant after seeing some great recommendations, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The food was fairly average by Palermo standards — nothing particularly memorable. What really affected the experience was the service; the waiter was quite pushy, which made us feel rushed and a bit uncomfortable. Overall, not a terrible meal, but i wouldn’t return.
