Awesome little pearl near the vatican. The owner was super nice and the porchetta sandwich I had was like eating a very happy pig, despite the name.

The porchetta is really delicious and very in line with Chinese tastes (compared to pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝), and it’s very filling! And the price is very affordable too! Worth recommending!

20/12/2024: The name of the place is spot on, the soul of a Roman Osteria with the touch of a Chef in the kitchen. Traditional dishes, but also something more. In some cases perhaps even risky combinations that may not appeal to everyone. A fried pasta buffalo could scare some, but in reality it was very light, not at all greasy and inviting. Some dishes are not found around much, such as zozzona, which is truly special. I found the trifle excellent. Absolutely worth trying with a very rich menu that invites you to return several times. Prices slightly above average but because quality must be paid for and the raw materials are excellent. Quiet environment, very kind staff. Practically open kitchen and refined products. Highly recommended
