We chose this place during our visit to Rome based on the good reviews on Google. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment — we waited 20 minutes for two dry sandwiches that weren’t even properly toasted. The price-to-quality ratio is not worth it, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was a great find. Loved each sandwich there - porchetta sandwich and a prosciutto/mozz/tomato. Sandwiches were assembled with care and man working was quite cheerful. These sandwiches gave me special powers to stand for 3 hours during a Vatican tour.

It's a very simple but charming place, run by its very friendly owner. The food is incredible, and the beer is always ice-cold, just as it should be. I would come back 1,000 times.

We had time to waste before our Vatican tour when we visited in May. We stumbled upon this place as the owner was setting up for the day and were glad we waited for him to open. Delicious sandwich and enjoyed a really good white wine too! Super nice guy who provided great service! Definitely recommend!

Yummy sandwiches! We got the no. 3 and no. 5. The number 5 was fantastic! Great service-the man running the show is very friendly and nice. Also super close to the Vatican museums and very good prices.

Cerdo enojado – ¡Sandwich de porchetta increíble!
Este lugar es legítimo. Si te gusta la porchetta y una buena cerveza, Angry Pig es el lugar. Tenía su sándwich de porchetta, y estaba muy bueno, perfectamente sazonado, súper jugoso, con esa piel crujiente que simplemente lo hace. El pan estaba fresco, todo funcionaba.
También tienen una buena selección de cerveza, lo que siempre es una ventaja. Ambiente frío, buena comida, buenas bebidas, ¿qué más necesitas? Definitivamente volveré.
