Among the various à la carte options, there are tasting menus that include an appetizer (with a wide selection of options), a first course, and a second course, the latter of which are fixed weekly. Among the appetizers, the beef tartare (the quality of the meat is excellent) and the fried egg with truffle shavings stand out. This is a complex process that requires patience and great technical skill. The first and second courses of the day are worthy of the occasion, with pumpkin and sausage gnocchi and a tender, well-cooked braised beef, while the selection of local and regional wines is also decent. Prices are astonishing for the setting and the quality of the food and wine experience offered. I think that for anyone who happens to be wandering around Ascoli Piceno, stopping by is an opportunity not to be missed.

Very good, high-quality dishes. There's a wide selection of wines and excellent value, especially thanks to the daily specials. The staff is young, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and the place is truly beautiful and quaint. What a wonderful discovery!

A wonderful discovery in Ascoli Piceno! It was a real surprise. The food is exceptional: every detail is carefully crafted, creating a perfect blend of flavors. What I appreciated most was the ability to customize the menu based on your preferences: there's a fixed price for each option, which varies based on what's included. Everything is excellent, from the dishes to the wines, which are truly excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, even in the outdoor area, and the staff is super friendly. We'll definitely be back!
