The best ice cream in Pavia. How do you recognize it? And then Angelo, the ice cream maker, is a force of nature. Witty, chatty, but he is a true master of artisanal ice cream: every day you will see him at work in the laboratory of his ice cream shop as he produces ice creams, cakes and granitas FROM SCRATCH - that is, from the pasteurization of the milk to the churning of the ice cream. It is absolutely worth a visit (then you will see: it will be difficult not to return).

Business just opened in the neighborhood, where an ice cream shop had been missing for some time. The place is large with the possibility of sitting at tables. The ice cream is really good, you can feel that it is artisanal and not the usual ice cream from franchise chains. Given the recent opening, the choice of flavors is not huge but the best ones are all there. Lactose-free flavors available. Nice and friendly owner. I really hope it's successful and stays for a long time
