Beautiful place. From the modern atmosphere to the professionalism of the staff. I must say that the multiple possibilities for customizing the meal, be it 2 or 3 courses of your choice, or 5 or even more, allows anyone to be free to try all the proposals that the valid menu offers. I've been a couple of times in a few months, both for lunch and dinner and I will definitely be back.

Ritorno qui dopo qualche anno e mi accorgo che il livello del ristorante si è mantenuto alto.
Scelgo la degustazione di tartufo di Alba abbinata ai vini proposti,su cinque portate purtroppo non salvo i tagliolini verdi su crema di patate perché secondo me non giusti nell’abbinamento con il tartufo stesso,non sono riuscito a notare la differenza di sapore.
Il migliore dei cinque senza dubbio si è rivelato il cervo,buoni i vini proposti.
Non discuto sul prezzo,sono solo rimasto male su un piatto.
Ottima la crostatina proposta come dolce,il personale è molto gentile e professionale.
Prossima volta altra degustazione!

Some time ago I had dinner there, everything was perfect, nothing to say, ambience, temperature, music, equipment, service and everything else. From a culinary point of view, each dish is a journey where you are guided by the chef. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, too elaborate, too sophisticated, above all the desire to amaze, to make a difference is evident, well as far as I'm concerned everything was perfect, nothing to say but it failed to leave its mark. Obviously when giving an opinion the bill is also decisive, it must be proportionate, for me it wasn't, in other cases I spent even more but I left satisfied.

Nothing to say on holiday in La Spezia I found this restaurant and I must say that finally a place where they welcome you and pamper you properly. Very comfortable place, polite waiters and having had a tasting I must admit that the chef introduced me to new flavors with high quality raw materials. It goes without saying that you pay for quality but in any case it is an experience that everyone can have, I highly recommend it. Congratulations to all the staff. And to the chef, keep going. Well done.

Super positive experience. We were very satisfied with every dish we ate. The study behind each of them is perceptible. I highly recommend the 7 course tasting. The environment is simple but refined. The price is in line with what is offered. We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I came here a year ago and it was so lovely. Unfortunately this time it almost felt like "normal" cooking but plated in a nice way. Nothing extraordinary about the taste. It's a super lovely atmosphere and the service is good but the food is not up to the Michelin standard.

Had dinner tonight in this restaurant that we didn't know about. Fantastic experience. Refined, innovative, flavors that seemed risky but then turned out to be splendid. We'll be back next time. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable sommelier.

Wonderful food skilfully overseen by Chef Andrea Besana. The menu changes regularly depending on produce availability. Definitely worth a visit, and certainly not over expensive for the quality. They also have an excellent wine list. Wine pairings are available when having the tasting menu.
